I've been here a few times the same problem every night double triple and quadruple parking not enough parking for trucks you need to fix this problem stop being cheap place is ok at most

Main reason is that I’m a professional driver and I had Misplaced my waist thinner sweat band in the shower. I came back to ask if they had found it and one of the young ladies that worked on Friday night 4/2/21 said she just threw it away if I familiar on the policy you hold things for a month so im really upset about that

I will never come to this pilot again. I paid for reseved parking, and it took over an hour to park due to all the illegal parking. This place allows trucks to park in the driveway where it only allows 1 truck in or out at a time. And allows trucks to double and triple park in the road in front of the reseved parking spots, making it near impossible to back into a spot or even get into the fuel islands. I talked to other drivers that had to help each other back into spots, the said this is a nightly problem that needs to be fixed. For the shower, I was in shower #2. While the room was clean, the water pressure was extant weak. I didn't feel like i got fully clean. I will make sure the next time I'm through this area, I'll stop early or continue further up the road to avoid this place.

There's Nobody here to wake drivers and tell them to move from in front of the Reserved Parking spots. It don't make sense to have Reserved Parking spots and drivers pay they money for and can't get in them without trying to maneuver around other drivers who is parking in the way. I called in and asked if they had someone to get them to move and one of the cashiers said: No. It's not right that drivers drive all day to get to a parking spot they paid for and have to deal with this on a daily basis......

This is our pit stop off I-95 exit 5 in SC for bathroom, gas, and at times a quick bite at the DQ Ice Cream or Subway sandwich franchises which are located in the building. Main part of the complex has food, snacks as well as various items for your truck or even car. Restrooms are easy to access and pretty clean for the amounts of traffic they get. Rear area is a major truck refueling as well as rest area. Gas prices are good as it is the last gas area before you leave SC or the first you hit coming out of GA with prices 15¢ to 20 ¢ less than GA. Accross the street are large fireworks stores as well as other fueling stations. Your choice but it's a winner for us trip after trip.
