They arrived within the window provided and were very professional the whole time while being extremely friendly and courteous. The three who packed me up worked really fast while still taking excellent care of my stuff (above and beyond care for my things). I could not recommend them more, great crew.

The guys at Plane exceeded my expectations. Dakota, Caleb, Austin and Nick were so professional, hard workers and handled my furniture and items with great care. They were fun to interact with as well. I highly recommend!

I used United for a interstate move which ended up being with Planes Moving Company. I've had 3-4 interstate moves in the past. I would consider this the worst by far. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had paid for a full packing option as I would be flying in to supervise the move. Putting aside the general lack of communication regarding the move, the movers who unloaded the truck with my belongings to my new home were careless. I had paid for a full packing option as I would be flying in to supervise the move. I found broken glassware in my boxes (see below). My TV/stand had been taken apart in the move and was not put back together. My desk was improperly put back together - requiring a disassembly and remounting. All of this would be fine, but the boxes of my fragile things were also damaged. This is despite specifically requesting gentleness for the boxes marked "Fragile". A portion of a marble elephant statue was shattered - a memory from childhood. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemies.

We did not have a good experience with Planes Moving & Storage in our long-distance move from Columbus to PA. While the staff and crew that we worked with throughout the move were nice and kind (which is why I'm giving two stars instead of just one), more went wrong than went right. They showed up later than the designated move-time window on loading day. They arrived with two trucks, which they then had to take back to the facility to unload and reload onto another truck, rather than just loading onto the one truck that would actually head to our new place in PA. (All the loading and unloading that happened over the course of the move led to damaged items). We told them in advance that we would need help packing up the kitchen, and the loading crew that arrived was not aware of this. They had to take time to go back to the facility to get packing materials, and they were not careful about the packing. Most of our kitchen items did arrive without damage, but several items arrived broken or damaged. They also did not inform us about the possibility of splitting our items into a regular and "overflow" shipment. The first shipment arrived in the agreed-upon delivery spread. The overflow shipment arrived two weeks later, and the move coordinator was not able to give us a clue about when this would take place until just a couple days prior. Conveniently for them, they also do not consider a late delivery of an overflow shipment to be legitimate for a delay claim. If I had to do this over, I would have just gotten a pod and handled the whole thing myself. It would have been much more straightforward and I am sure we would end up with fewer damaged items. Also, our things would very likely have arrived on time and as agreed to because the pod would come straight here, rather than making numerous detours.

Derric, Dakotah, Jermaine were awesome today! They were all very friendly, efficient, and above-all professional. They handled all of our belongings with care. The three had great chemistry as a team which made things even faster. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The movers were great. Careful with my things and responsive to my requests - especially for furniture layout and assembly. There were also a couple last minute services I wanted to add, which they worked with my moving coordinator to get approved. I will definitely keep them in mind for future moves.

Planes Moving and Storage did a great job with my move. Having you furniture in storage for 2 months can be a little scary but everything was crates and kept safe and sound. My crews on both ends of the move we efficient, on time and very professional. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and clients.

Cole and the other two gentlemen did a great job. They arrived during the delivery window. They were really helpful putting together furniture and moving around larger items. Everyone was really friendly, and it was an overall great experience. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a good job, but I could tell they were impatient to get everything done as quickly as possible. They showed up without masks on. I had my items set up in the garage / open air and sat more than 6 feet away, so it was fine. Be prepared to remind them to use masks if you will be allowing them in your home.

Very impressed with this company. Scott and his team that consisted of Randall, Chris, and Mark did a fantastic job. Took great care of our things let us know what was going on in the process. Was very respectful and polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Planes moved us the end of June from Mansfield to North Carolina. We just now received our belongings just because it is PCS season and alot of military families move during the summer. The guys were very fast but not careful with our items.They did not list our high end items on a sheet nor did they label them. Our 60 inch plasma TV flat screen was just thrown in a box with no bubble wrap or anything we still have yet to make sure it works. The sad part about it is all of our TVs were not properly packed and the TV kit they are supposed to use to protect the TVs was found with our other boxes. We're finding stuff in the boxes that shouldn't have been mixed in with chemicals and to top it off my husband had weights put on a box that says fragile! Now we're just waiting for a call back we pray nothing is broke.😡

Great company, very friendly and helpful office staff. Experienced crews in Household and Commercials moves.
