Appointment 20:00..Arrived Super Early (I was really close after last run) 14:00!! They said " we are doing good today, should get you in early " Re- Checked in at 1900!! "We should have you in a door by 9pm".. 23:20 !! Phone call !! " You can Stage in door" ..STAGE?? "We are pulling your load now, should be able to start in about an hour" !! HEY Lineage !!! Stop Loading Empty Drop Trailers and Take care of those Sitting On The Street ...WAITING, WAITING. WAITING ....!! If you Don't want OTR drivers there and only Drop Local !! Then Dont Schedule Them !! ( management tip of the day)... !!!

They should have better signs for the vendors who deliver to them so they don't have this stupid kind of stuff, wasting a driver's clock because it wasn't clear to this ignorant driver that he was going in an exit only and blocking up the whole show!

Very friendly staff and very quick to load. I had an 11am appointment, got there a couple minutes before. I was given a door right away and loaded with bills in hand within 45 minutes. Make sure you enter property on west side and exit to the east. Don't know if they allow overnight parking but it looks like you can park on the street. Lot of traffic on the main roads so be prepared for that. I wouldn't have an issue with returning in the future. Oh and plenty of space to maneuver.

They got me right in even offered menus of people that deliver got my happy family Chinese and was delighted

Great for me! Showed up for 2100 appointment, got a door right away. I was loaded and out of there within an hour. Everyone treated me great, especially the guy who loaded.

Preferred Lineage 4500 W. ANN LURIE PLACE. Chicago IL 60632 Giving this place 1 start is simply to much. Arrived at 11:30 for a 13:00 appt. Sat and waited til 14:35 before finally given a door. Currently 18:00 in a door yet but they started loading. they don’t care about driver’s hours, this is insane.

Preffered Freezer Services 4500 W Ann Lurie Pl, Chicago, IL 60632 I am writing this review and hope that all carriers, brokers and customers would be able to see before working with this place. Being in the business for years always had issues with Preferred Freezer services in the past, disrespectful and treating my drivers as dogs. This industry relies on good drivers and this place is just demolishing all. Even at this very moment have a truck that has been waiting over 14hrs to be loaded and to driver they are saying that have no idea when would load him but for the broker are saying that are doing all possible and would load any moment. This resulted for customer to change the delivery appointment twice. My truck and reefer are idling for hours because someone inside in not in mood to work, just image how many trucks and reefers a year, how much fuel, carbon dioxide, time, effort, etc. goes to waste at this place. In such facilities there must be strict supervision and leadership. Obviously this.place is lacking it all. BEWARE!

I had appointment from 13:00 until 23:00 like in the message. They said they need exactly time for appointment. Finally they didn’t find my pick up number! I stayed whole night on the nearby territory because they don’t gage own waiting space and was kicked out at 4:00 in the morning to looking for new spot for waiting. However on the next morning my dispatcher called broker and after that other guys in reception table could find my order!! and put me on work in!! nobody care I will not able make delivery in time!

Easy place to get in to! They were fast and friendly! Way better than any cold storage facility in the Chicago area! I wish more places were like this warehouse. I’ll gladly take any load going here.

Fast loading. Parking is limited because of all the drop trailers. You can also park on street.
