lost all day! I had a bad experience here! lost his job because they are very busy 🤷♂️ don't take so much work if you can't handle it! he will now finish his shift and go home calmly, and I have to sleep in this booth all the holidays and have been left without work. This is not respect for the driver.
we need to create a community to protect drivers! if they were given a fine of $ 1500 for each truck, this would not have happened! I lost my job for $5000, stayed in the booth, I go on a flight to work, not sit in the booth! I arrived on time, I was not late, but I stood for 10 hours

10/4/22.....address doesn't exactly match up on Google maps....arrived early..staged me on a door...I was in and out under 4 hrs...still left before my appt time...solid shipper...everyone courteous and polite...wish these guys would put americold out of business...

Had a 10 AM.. Got there the night before Had parking on the street ...I checked in at 7 AM they got me to a door about 8:30 and I was out of there by about 9:30 ....The Address that I had that made it easier 5180 blaylock industrial Boulevard

Horrible place to deliver always saying they are 3-4 hours behind trucks lined up everywhere with only 1 truck in a door they either need to hire more people or better management to have things moving be ready to sit here all day they take there sweet time

I arrived 4 hours before my appointment and the lady in shipping told me they were backed up but she would work me in. I didn’t have to wait too long and was loaded and ready to roll 15mins after my appointment.

First of all This Facility is the best of them all.
The others need to follow their lead.
We had two Trucks show up to be loaded one was on time the other was day early. The on time Truck was loaded with in one hour of being on the property.
Now, the other Truck we thought they would tell to come back the next day at his scheduled time--- Nope.
They said thay would take him anyway.
Now Here's the kicker My Truck is not ELD, The other Truck is, Once he was loaded they let him finish the last bit of his break on their lot.
They even allow me stay on the lot as well.
(For those who are wondering I am the little Brother the other Guy is my Big Brother we pull for the same outfit out of Ohio.)
We arrived at the ending of 1st Shift going into 2nd.
I did not get any of their names but they where totally Awesome.

I was 2hrs early and they had no problem getting me in a door. Before I was backed in a lady was outside ready to chalk my wheels. No problems here . I hope to come more often

Jeff Acito the Shipping Manager is very professional, easy to work and always willing to go above and beyond. Trucks are docked right away and loaded typically within an hour…we hardly ever have any issues and if we do it’s communicated and taken care of right away. By far one of the best cold storages in the Atlanta area. It's very evident that this company cares and values their business!

What a year can do! I was here a year ago and had nothing but problems. BUT today..everything was smoother than a Rolex. I checked in a little early and expected to wait, straight to the dock I go! The attitudes are 100%better. 19pallets and I was gone in less than 2hrs and that’s with me case counting. One warning the first 3 docks are really tough for a 53’trlr. I did have to change docks. Parking in the road as you drive in park inside the gate to check in.
