Really very bad service! I've got couple invoices from another customer! My account was closed and device returned 5 mouth ago! They can't resolve this problem!!! 0 Stars!

Devices don’t always work. Then they deactivate without you asking and charge $100. Went back and forth with them for a while about reactivating. Decided to just return the device and they said it was after the 90 day return which no one told me was a time limit and that they are keeping the $100 and would not return the device to me. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.

The sandy location doesn't exist, instead there 2 are different businesses on that building. Front security didn't know anything about Pre-Pass existing in that building, google earth shows that Pre-Pass is inside that location but isn't! I lost time walking around looking for a door hoping to find the place... worst experience ever! I'm sure security was looking at me on their monitors like hungry hawks looking @ a mouse in open space! I left tired & disappointed without my transponder! next I called lovely Pre-Pass ph# to ask for their address! after some time I got a live person who got me the right address which was located in SLC! do not trust the Sandy, UT. address thinking that that is the place to pickup in person your transponder! it isn't! make sure to call Pre-Pass and ask for the address. The real place is inconspicuous, doesn't have any markings that reveals that Pre-Pass is there, I think that location is new! if going there with your truck go bobtail! Note: you have to call to let them know you are going to pickup your transponder, the door is locked so you cannot enter without someone opening it from the inside.

2 new employees rocked it. Short staffed (like everywhere, thanks to Brandon) We received excellent service and very good hot food. These 2 newbies (2 wks in) pulled together and got r done. How often do you see the cook bussing tables, serving food, and in the back, he was washing dishes. His food, and we eat at Dennys everywhere, was on point. The waitress was working just as hard. Now I heard the manager was somewhere on the premises but we never saw him. He does not deserve to manage them or that store if true.

Doesn’t do anything right. As long as you’re paying them everything is fine, but as soon as you miss one payment they cancel your account, forget to turn it back on after you make payments again, and then don’t pay the fines that you get when they don’t turn your transponder back on but you’re making payments and have an active account. I currently have outstanding fines in Ohio because of these twits

Absolutely horrible customer service! Am I the only one that is sick of businesses using COVID-19 for doing their jobs poorly, but is it not amazing how this has not affected anyone's billing department????

Will not prorate a bill on a device that was returned in middle of month. Threated to charge late fees on account that was canceled two months ago. Will not buy or use prepass again

I have been with 2 separate companies that use Prepass. I have never had a moments problem with customer service. Some of the best customer service I have ever had I'd from Prepass. I just talked to someone here (Eddie) and asked him why such a low Google score. He explain some of the complications with working with the States and the chain of information needed to solve some complicated issues. Also, they moved recently and had phone connectivity issues. I asked how many units they have out on the market. He said about 800,000. That's a lot of quiet users who aren't complaining about the product or customer service. Things that work as planned don't get much attention. The few issue that come up make to Google.

Don’t do it. Listen to these reviews, they are the truth. Customer service is the worst. You will be put on hold, then transferred to one person after the other. I called and canceled service twice and they are still kept charging me. I called for a refund of three months and they told me no. Whoever is running this company needs to fire themselves. This kind of incompetence starts at the top

Nobody respond a call They stopped charging my credit card for 2 months Then sent me a bill with penalty I called them and they said Car͏d was expired Nope Car͏d wasn’t expired So I set up another credit card for auto pay And asked to waive penalty fees They told me they only waive one Nope They didn’t Please Be careful doing business with this Company Check your Aut͏o Pay Car͏d Statements for better control and Audit of your prepass payments Otherwise your Aut͏o Pay Car͏d might be stopped for no reason and then it would be turned to you with Penalties 👎👎👎👎👎
