Unfortunately my second stop come 10.30am my appointment 12.30pm and is now 4.58pm and still waiting for a door for only 8pallets I loose my next load and the lady in receiving you go to the window and is like is no there she looks you but no give eny answer bad place for delivery very sad

Big place small area for loading docks. Get there early park your truck and check in. Then wait to be called to a door. And wait for them to come out lock you out and then return with bills. Staff was super nice and tried to be as fast as they can. All I can say is time to sleep 😴.

0730 appt now 1140 no door still waiting. This place has no parking fire and ambulance passed by now all trucks out on street are being ticketed. Refuse all loades coming too this facility.

Check-in went very smoothly, and everything after that was terrible. No room to park anywhere - no matter if you park in the tiny lot or on street, prepare to move frequently for other trucks. Look at Google satellite image for idea of available room. I was given 4 separate doors (none of which were available - either blocked by empty trailer or already assigned to someone else) before the guy finally asked me if any doors were open, and then gave me that one. He was frustrated, ALL the other drivers were frustrated - pure chaos. Unload was quick once I got a door.

9am appointment reached 8.45 asked to wait 9.30 still waiting ... very congested area with no parking or but they have another lot where you can park and wait address is 5921 w 65th street Bedford park 60638.. you can check in by parking the truck on the street and then take a u turn from the warehouse no problem...

Nope. Been sitting down the road for 6 hours and counting now. That's 6 hours past appointment time. No call, it's 930 pm and tried to call to see what's up and no answer. The dirt lot is 2 miles down the street, don't think they're 24 hours so no way of seeing what's going on from 2 miles away. Place is a joke, people are rude. Think we have all the time in the world

make sure u know when ur delivery appointment actually is...I found out when I checked in 3 hrs before the real appt time...u can check in 1 hr early and I suggest u do...they have a very large lot down the street for parking while u wait ...I suggest u do that too because the other reviews are not lieing....u will either be run off by the local police or have to constantly move forward and back to allow others to move around...they really should allow u to go to the vacant lot and check in by phone...its a dead end street so u have to do a flip thru the dock parking area and there's what i assume mt or staged tlrs...I dont think they close the gate on the mt lot I spent the night there after my unload and had no issues...I even saw the local police come sit at the entrance at one point..

Do not bother going in early.
They said if you want to get unloaded early it would be $400 to get unloaded before appointment.
Since the load is paying $350 for a local run. Its a good deal to get unloaded for $400...
These guys are a joke...

Beware: unloading here will be an all day affair. Absolutely no stage parking. On the Street, $500 citation. Jam the lots, can,t get in or out. Charge double or triple to come here, your entire day and maybe the next will be lost.

very rude staff., they dnt see u at receiving office window and are busy doing their calls .,do not come early they let you come in just half hour earlier than your appointment time.,no parking., absolutely no overnight parking.absolutely no value for time., i came here 8pm and got out next day 8:30 PM more than 24 hours waiting time. once they take you papers and write your contact on them do no go in again to ask just go to shell or pilot gas station nearby and wait for their call. no point of visiting in again even if its been many hours waiting.,because visiting in not gonna help.no parking on street you can be ticketed.

Multi- million dollar facility built on very valuable property but they did not plan for traffic from their neighboring businesses. So, there is a narrow street, narrow entrances, no place to park (streets are not parking lots), check-in/out is inefficient, loading/unloading is extremely slow, trailers and CARS(!) in their lot where trucks maneuver resulting in a constant traffic jam for every surrounding business. They have an empty lot perpendicular to their facility...but its blocked-off. COO should be fired. Absolutely no excuse for this level of inefficiency...and yes, I do have a very easy, quick, and low-cost solution.
