I had the driver's side window switch for my driver's side window come off in my hand while I was driving down the highway. Quad Cities Kenworth realized having a window down in 26 degree weather was no joke and made sure to help me right away. Their technician Aaron found an open bay for me to pull in and quickly got my window back up, even though the part wasn't available. I really appreciate that they didn't leave me out in the cold but realized the gravity of my situation. Even better, they didn't charge me for it. That's great service! Thanks Aaron and Quad Cities Kenworth for caring about the needs of your customers!

I'd like to give HUGE shout-out to Quad City Kenworth in Rock Island, Illinois.
I was there last weekend picking up a truck with a wrecker. I washed my hands after and accidently left my smart watch on the sink.
Especially with a skeleton crew, they could've kept it and told me they couldn't find it. But, they didn't. I called as soon as I knew I forgot it. They told me they had it and would mail it out.
The Service Manager could've put it in a regular envelope and not cared if it got damaged. Instead, they put it in a box with protective packaging and sent it UPS.
Nice to know there are still honest people out there!

First off the people there are are great and got my truck in earlier than expected. Now for the gripe, I had an oil leak looked at and they replaced ccv tube, still have oil leak. Second gripe, had them replace a steering grommet and now the steering is excessively stiff. There were several other issues repaired while there with no complaint but for the money I spent there I would expect zero complaints.

Got in Monday morning at 7am to replace a seal on my rear diff. Got me in right away and had me fixed and out the door in 3 hours. Very happy with the service and reasonable price. Thank you MHC Kenworth!

They run a very Clean and Organized shop...
Hopefully they treat the Shop Maintenance Man with ALOT of Respect, unlike Their next door neighbor business Valley Construction Company as it's just bad Business yelling at and degrading a Very Good Cleanup Guy like there are Ten of Them that aren't doing a Damn Thing !
