My family and I stayed first week of August 2019 as we waited for our house to close. I specifically asked if they had a working hot tub during my booking over the phone. They said yes. (Ive stayed here before and the hot tub was broken). My wife and I go to enjoy and relax in the hot tub after two days of packing and moving, and it’s broken. Sure you can sit in the stagnate warm water but no bubbler which means no cycle of water. Exactly the same like when we stayed here a year ago. I went to the front desk explained what happened was told sorry and that’s that’s. Would have stayed across 65 if I would have known and if I need a hotel in Ozark it won’t be here.

Ok where to start? We get to room at 8 pm and toilet was clogged. It had toilet paper and feces in it. Staff was prompt and took care of issue. In the morning my son turned the heat on and the heater gave off a burnt smell and set the smoke detector off! We turned the heat off immediately and detector stopped screeching. We leave for day only to come back to find the door isn’t working. And by not working I mean it’s not locking and anyone could walk into the room! I In addition, one of the beds wasn’t made. While the bed and toilet issue wasn’t a huge deal I was shocked that the door lock wasn’t even functioning and heaven forbid if you decide to turn the heat on!

Very nice motel. Non smoking. Pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were clean. Nice free breakfast. Friendly staff. Pet friendly.
