Quality Inn & Suites

After a long day of driving, we just looked for a place to sleep for the night. We've had good experiences at Quality Inn but I would call this a Not-So-Quality Inn. When we drove up, we weren't sure if they were open as there was only one car. The place is run-down. Very little communication at the front desk. After we unpacked, we noticed someone's chicken in the fridge freezer. The toilet would run constantly unless we lifted the top on the tank. The water was horrid and not drinkable. We had to go out to get bottled water. There was no breakfast in the morning, despite it saying so on the website and in the binder in the room. I try to be understanding, especially in times of COVID but this place was not a good experience. I wish we would have read reviews before choosing it. I suggest finding a different place.

Went there last week and it wasn't too bad. The rooms were fairly clean, the air conditioning worked, and so did the TV. The water did smell terrible when taking a shower and their vending machines did not work after I paid. I told the front desk ladies and they were very nice about it although they didn't know what to do. I wanted to get a water and since the machines were down, one of the ladies went and got my friend and I one and showed us where the ice was at. In the morning the manager unlocked the machine and got me what I wanted in the first place. Other than the water smelling terrible, it wasn't too bad of an experience.

Depressing place. Needed redecorating about 20 years ago. All areas are dark. Some light fittings and blinds not working. Breakfast at 9:00 ”There may be some stuff left”. Fitness suite is no longer there been replaced by 2 vending machines and a pool table. 3 exercise machines in reception 1 broken, but it doesn't matter no-one will use them there. Clean and staff OK. Be great as a pratical joke to send someone you don't like.

So my sister made the reservation for my wife and I as well as her and her husband and another group of friends. They gave her husband a hard time. When we got there they tried to charge us triple what we booked for. When I showed them my reservation they finally kinda honored our reservation. When I say kinda they increased our first night 3 dollars so I figured what ever. I get into the room the water in the shower and sink smelled of iron and there was a red rust color in the sink. There were wires hanging out of what was the smoke detector connected to the buildings alarm system. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. I had to go back to the front desk to get a tv remote. The internet didn’t work and I had to program the TV to watch cable channels. The manager was extremely rude not only to me but to the people before us and my sister as well. The people before us wanted to pay cash and was told there was a $150 fee for cash. Thought that odd as there was nothing posted.

The worst hotel I have ever been in spent one night checked in at 730pm left at 730 am no sleep all night from the ac making loud noises to the people in the other rooms or running up and down the halls building facades falling off number room plates on the wall outside the room. Hand drawn with a sharpie on electric face plates the carpet looked like it was from a bad 70 horror film hallways painted in a dark green no break up of color Sept the badly painted steel doors that were brown the gym. Three pieces of equipment a tread mill and two stationary bikes in a glass room with everything you could fit one person inside the room the bar was open but nobody inside to eat or drink or to work for that matter I guess your your own drinks .. the restaurant was non-existent the door and things were there but not in working order thank Jervis I need to sleep one night for a early morning meet. For 100 bucks a night get a tent

Should be rated higher. Enjoyed stay and staff. Value is upside is great. Improvment very good. Will stay again for sure.

Was told we'd get a buffet. Turns out there were fake eggs that got me sick and curdled milk. The eggs were the consistency of gelatin and the sausages were green. The lobby bathroom was horrifying. There's no word in the Oxford dictionary to Express how awful it was. The 2 normal stalls were overflowing with sewage and the handicapped toilet was filled as well and had a rag on the floor that was crusty yellow with pee. The rooms were covered in fur and cobwebs. The water gave me diarrhea and smelled like sulfur. Surprised I didn't catch the plague.

This place originally should have gotten 5 stars. The staff was nice and the room was clean. But when we left one of the people with me went to the bathroom and forgot to flush. I got a call an hour later saying the toilet was clogged and i needed to by them a new one. I laughed and made sure they couldn't charge me. Be careful if you go here, they may try to scam you too.

Don't waste your time or money! Room smells like a huge dog lives in it. Electric went out at one point during the night. The building fire alarm woke me up at 5am and went on and on for 15 minutes. Water smells like rotten eggs. Took them 2 tries to get the tub unclogged. The free breakfast till 10 was out of just about everything at 8, including plates and coffee. The place overall is just rundown, the hallways stink, wall paper falling off the walls, paint peeling. Never again!
