I was with Quality for a month and Quit . I won’t get in to details why but I do want to say on some Positive notes that 1) they are very busy. 2) They maintain their trucks very well 3) everyone in the office is very nice and you don’t hear any cussing 4) they have a drivers lounge with showers and washing machines for those drivers who live far away from home 5) Derrik the Safety Manager is a VERY kind, knowledgeable and down to earth guy and knows his stuff VERY WELL. 6) I met a guy named Doug who is a driver and he was a Tremendous help to me. He has a lot of knowledge and I hope he gets offered a job in the Office if he wants it. 6) Chris the Owner does NOT put up with any bull. 7) the pay is decent. Better than most companies. Do your job and don’t complain and you will do well at Quality! Also it goes far with the shippers and receivers if you are nice to them and understanding and look presentable.
