Brad was a great help to us, when our hot water heater leaked from our attic into our daughters closet, and down into our bedroom. It was such a mess, but he was a great help in giving us advise on the best way to handle the claim, and care for our situation. We are grateful for his good customer service. We remain loyal customers because of the good service.

Very poor in follow up. If you are busy then you are done for. Further, the agent does absolutely NOTHING to stand up for the client. A tree fell on my wife's car in a storm and the company is using that to disqualify her for discount!

Great service since we have been with this agency for over 15 years. One of the agents (Komonh Sengpheth) called me to say he had been reviewing our homeowner's policy and that there were ways to save on our current bill. This saved us a substantial amount that were never expected!

I have used the Ratliff agency for over two decades. Paula and Taylor have always provided prompt friendly service, claim handling and excellent advice. There have been a couple of brief periods where I have had to switch to other companies because Nationwide was unable to provide a competitive price. I always end up going back to Ratliff as they always became competitive again and really offer the best service I have ever had. They now represent multiple companies not just Nationwide so the products they offer and prices are very fair and in line with what other comparable companies offer. I strongly recommend you consider Ratliff for all you insurance needs they are one of the top companies in the DFW area.
