Booked a load from Lyons IL to Mount Pleasant PA (to this facility)
8 hours of unloading time.
These guys are working per hour, no rush, relaxing, on chill.
You need to be very patient trying not to say some bad words to them.
Be safe, try to avoid this place and you will save your nerves and be more healthful.

Some of what I read was true but for the most part it’s a typical DC. Enough room to park and get to docks, check in and out is easy just really slow. Lumpers are outrageous.. $345.00 for 3 pallets. I was there just over 3 hours.
Not great not the worst.

first you will stand in a live queue for about an hour at check-in at 4.30 in the morning, then you will be unloaded for 8 hours, and if you get through door 25 in the frozen food dock, you will also lose your mudguards because there is a renovation going on here, they know about this but still give this door. at 5 in the morning it is dark and there is no lighting, so it is difficult in the dark to assess the height of the step through which you have to park. there is no respect for drivers. The nasty manager said it was his own fault. last time unloaded also for a long time if not more (((

Not a good experience at all. In previous times picking up my merchandise I had no trouble and approximately a 15 minute wait. I was there for 2 hours waiting patiently (along with 3 other customers) while other people (employee/salesman) we're pulling up going in and getting loaded before any of us! When I did finally get loaded the fella THREW my merchandise into the back of my truck with a 3 gallon ice cream rolling under and he expected me to take it after the lid fell off. I refused it making him get me another. I have never had this kind of experience here and hope it never happens again.

Hello Drivers,
I have a delivery appointment at 5pm and get there 2pm, that is 3 hours early.
They told me no one is here to unload you and comeback tomorrow 4am, I come back 4am next day and they unload my trailer 10am.
I did miss my next pick up at 7pm yesterday that was delivering this morning at 10am for $1500 dollars.
Reinhart is a waste of time and money, $401 dollars for lumper fee or to unload one full trailer.
I will never ever take in my life any load going to Reinhard from now on and forever.

Rinehart foods is very slow unloading. Been there 3 times with full loads of bread.4-6 hours to unload.they could care less about a drivers hours.

Checked me in right at 4:30 am and gave me a door. Paid lumper fee online. They brought paper work out to me. I was gone within 2 hours.

Only perks about my visit was meeting a chubby dude named "coach". Had some good deep convo with him but it always turned into tears and had to hand him a tissue. Made me better person in future. Thank u "coach" for that.

Worst place to ever deliver to, if you can ever avoid this place. Do so!!! 5am appointment checked in on time. Told me to come back at 6:30am. Checked in, told me to come back at 8am. Checked in again. Told me I would be a work in. 2pm still no dock and no news.

For the truckers. Don't follow your Garmin GPS to this place. It will lead you to a weight restricted road with a 10 ton limit. Some overnight parking available on the road leading to the facility . Check-in at 4 a.m. The place becomes chaotic with all of the drivers going through at once. Place is clean and spacious.
