Vintage rest stop but very clean. Also on a cold morning i appreciated heat and warm water. All the facilities were in good condition and functioning.

As everyone probably knows a lot of the rest areas are closing down they look like s*** not very nice places at all but there are few such as this one. This is an excellent place to stop and get a little rest wash up a little bit use the facilities get something to snack on her to drink excellent place very well-kept thank you guys.

Clean but seriously outdated and is an embarrassment to our state.
We need to spend some of those surplus tax dollars to update and upgrade. Including charging stations for EVs at every one!!
Wonder is our political leadership has been across state line and see the impressive rest areas along their interstate highways.

Rude workers. Rest rooms were clean, but the 2 workers there were terrible. I was traveling with an 88 year old in a wheel chair and an emotional support dog. The dog got scared and got loose. We calmed her down and the very large black male worker on duty at 4pm yelled into the ladies room, " you with that dog have to bring that dog out now".
He saw what just happened and clearly saw the dog marked as comfort support. He not only violated the ADA, but made a laughing stock of NC protecting the rights of support animals.

Nice place to "take a breath"....before to go back to the road. People who take care of this place... really, really do the job!!! Very clean, in a mint condition!!!! Great job!!! Great job!!!

I mean, it's exactly what you think it is. Convenient. Clean-ish and with lots of spots and room for activities. Not a terrible place to stop especially during the longer road trips.

Very peaceful place to be. You get to experience nature while staying in nice cabins that are decently furnished! Most of the people and staff are super nice and friendly! However, one member of the staff was fairly rude throughout our stay. Do not rent the efficiency cabins. They are too small. The experience was great overall, just a little overpriced.

Cleanest rest area on 95 in any direction. Beautiful natural scenery. You can have lunch under picnic sheds or out under the pines. Very well maintained.
