I don’t do many reviews, and I never do negative ones. I had to give a shout out to the seemingly new leader ship team at this location. This location, while probably highly achieving in sales and profit, has been grossly underachieving in every other measurable way that affects customer service. On the rare occasion that I have extra time, I will go to a different location to avoid the disaster that the store generally is. All of that said, the last few months have been a huge improvement. And lines are generally shorter, staff is more friendly and pleasant, and pricing on shelves Is much more present and accurate than ever. The store still has a long way to go, but it is so much better than it used to be. Great job to the new leadership, which I believe is Cesar, Melissa, and Jeff. Thank you, and keep up the great work

Managers very rude and unprofessional. Ask him to help find a product, show no interest in help with the matter and just walk way. Do better Restaurant Depot, sending a generic answer to every feedback will improve you company costumer service for sure. That show what kind of company you are. Once again Do better Restaurant Depot. Please respect you clientele. Look at the credit machine. Cooperate please replace the machine. This is embarrassing for your company.

Hello friends, today I was making a delivery at a restaurant depot and it went quite well, I had an appointment for 11:00 am I registered at 10:15 am at 12:00 I had a door and at 1:00 pm invoices in hand, the place is small, you must park for it blind side and it's a little inconvenient, try to get there an hour before your appointment, you can park on the left side, two trucks tops, the billing lady was nice.

This is my last trip to this particular Depot. Their quality? Usually excellent. Their floor staff? Usually very helpful. But the cashiers and front end staff leave alot to be desired. They are always talking and laughing, but only to each other and rarely the customer. Getting someone's attention to ask a question is an exercise in patience. And the receipt check at the door feels more like a police search the way you are treated.

This is the best place for fresh fish. Far better selection than whole foods at a much better price. I bought some rock fish there yesterday and it was perfection. They have salmon, lobster, crabs, swordfish, clams mussels and many many more items that you couldn't possibly name them all. Only thing, wear a jacket because it's freezing in there.

Terrible place to deliver, especially if you have a truck with a sleeper. Back into the lot at the loading dock entrance. The only way to get into the dock is to blindside back. There is no parking on the street. Difficult to get in & out in the morning time. It’s a cluster f___. Do not show up earlier than your scheduled appointment time. The young lady at the check in podium is very rude, and it’s apparent she hates her job.

I called the depot for ribs and the meat department had the ribs ready to be pick up. No issues courteous cashier and front desk. Line moving fast. Pleasant visit. All staff members seem happy to be there working. Thank you!

The customer service is under the bare minimum and I’ve concluded this after a few visits. From the extremely unhelpful staff to the extremely rude staff and higher ups who condone rudeness. The people you hire to work in your coolers should be able to assist a customer if necessary but blatantly telling me “no”to a simple request of information is laughable. The rude cashier who raised her voice at me twice during a two minute transaction surrounded by other employees and one in a black shirt... ridiculous but expected 🤷‍♀️

Not a bad place to deliver. Fast unloading. 4 star because CUSTOMER'S need to use customer entrance, NOT TRUCK RECEIVING. Customers don't get mad at the trucks when YOU came in an out the wrong way. Docks are very tight. Do not come early, no where to park.
