Restaurant Depot

This place has everything you need for your restaurant (as they should) but I’m giving it one star because they need to teach their workers to not yell at or be rude to people coming in to spend their hard earned money. If you don’t like your job than to work someplace else.

They sell moled garlic and the Manager Ross didn't get any kind of discount or refund even thought I have been buying from them thousands of thousands dollars each times. This will be the last time they lose loyal customer.

Checked in around 0130 am on Monday morning with a TL of beans for a 10am appointment. The lady in the office was nice as I was told to write my number on the bol and leave it on the desk someone would call me in the morning. I get a call in the middle of my sleep at 0600 giving me a door and by 0630 paperwork in my hand these people rock💪 What a great experience keep up the good work I love delivering to places like this! Also there is Plenty of room to get into a door

This place has anything that you need for you deli, restaurant, any small store that sell the basic products . This place is big , own parking . People who is working there has some kind of problems . I don’t think they are really happy cause every time that I asked for something they got mad . I know this is a business and they have to work faster but there are a lot costumers around the store and they can get hurt because a few people are driving with the fort-lift around the store and they are kind of rude .

REALLY, REALLY HELPFUL STAFF. My dad owns a pizzeria and has been shopping with restaurant depot for over 20 years and they have never disappointed us. They are always helpful. You guys will always have our business.

Simply said this is not a good restaurant depot location. Out of stock items everyday when the other locations are stocked. Very poor customer relations. Majority of the employees here think they come first.

You have to be a member and be able to buy in large quantities. Staff was helpful.

They got stuff. A lot of it. Most are cheap in bulk. Some aren't. Service is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get the really nice cashier. Sometimes it's the hipster gangsta with face tats who doesn't want to be there.

Since there is no better alternative it gets 5 stars. The forklift drivers inside will kill someone eventually. No me of them speak English nor care if there is a person in front of them. I have had two really close calls. I am super careful now. The selection of products is decent but could be better. The prices are generally competitive with some items being the lowest price here others elsewhere, you must check and play the price check game as with all places. Al the register floor manager is great. Brian the boss of the place is professional, approachable, and easy to deal with. Cynthia, with the red hair and pink office is the best person there. She is excellent. The seafood department boss Leroy is the most rude and inattentive person in a supervisory position I have ever come accross. Several occasions he will lie about being out of stock on items to make you go away. When you go to the front and have them check the computer and he is radioed he takes his sweet time. Then when he is told to get the product he said he "checked" 15 minutes earlier and was 100% out of, he takes 30 minutes to bring it to the front. Apparently he must have tenure or something because the entire staff at restaurant depot is well aware that he does that. Their produce quality used to be better.
