i just called the store to see if they had any chicken Philly meat in stock before I made the trip to the restaurant. A woman answered the phone and literally said rudely, “we encourage our costumer to create an account. It is 2023”. Then she proceeded to hang up the phone. Absolutely worse customer service. I had planned to purchase a lot of Philly meat for the superbowl abut due to her rude and unprofessional attitude, I will not be patronizing this store anymore. In 2023 or beyond.

Actually 0 stars & I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. I went to get some supplies for my restaurant . Within 5 feet of checking out, I was approached by the security guard in a tan vest with his hand out and never said a word to me. I noticed that he had watched my entire transaction from where he was near check out. Upon my attempt to leave and with his hand out, I handed him my receipt (assuming that’s what he wanted) and his behavior during this interaction implied that either I had stolen something and was attempting to walk out WITH a receipt in my hand or the young lady cashier had given me something for free. I asked several times if there was a problem and he ignored me but felt the need to put his on his hand on his hip like he was reaching for a gun, poor intimidation tactic 🙄.. he Never even said a word to me acknowledged my concerns. After a few minutes and another coworker being called over, he eventually “let me go.” Just handed me my receipt back, rolled his eyes, and still said not a word. I called the store manager several times who refused my calls but according to the receptionist, “they have issues with this particular guard all the time.” I stayed calm the entire time, I just wanted an understanding of what their procedures are and an explanation of their employees behavior. None the less, I will not shop at this location that is comfortable accepting my money but have unfair/ service upon exiting. Upon reading other reviews, unprofessionalism and an overall lack of appreciation for their customers isn’t going to change anytime soon. I strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere. Maybe then they will reevaluate operations when finances are impacted

Place is a total nightmare. Been shopping there for years don't remember last time that they didn't try to overcharge. Basically prices on product are higher at cashier. The Stuff with a management are extremely rude with Forklift driver screaming and picking up fights with a Customers. Wish that there is other place that Restaurant can shop in this area. Be aware check your recites!!!!!!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Most of the employees look like they really hate their job and it feels like they are being held there against their will. They can hardly open their mouth to answer a question, and you can forget about them saying hi/hello. It makes you feel like you are there taking money out of their packet. We have been coming to this location since they first opened, I believe around 2012 and it seems like it has gotten worse as years go by.

First time delivering here and it wasn’t the worse but definitely could be better. Had to wait about three hours to get a door another driver was in after being told he was on his way out at check in. If the lot is empty it gives you plenty of room to maneuver. If others are here you may have to get creative and/or work with the other drivers to get in where you need. The entrance is off Mitchell ave. Once you arrive check in is between docks 3 and 2. Walk in and the office is straight ahead. People seem to be friendly for the most part just got to pick up the pace. No lounge. Unsure if there is a bathroom. So assume no amenities.

Dontrell (god I hope I spelled it right) YOU DA MAN! Everyone was extremely helpful today but THIS guy is the real MVP. 30 - 35lb jugs of canola oil never loaded so easily, I really appreciate you!

I go to restaurant depot every week for shopping, but today really had a bad experience, the cashier told me never travel to a country does not speak my language, and she does not put her face mask on. Hope the manger could tell their employees how to behave to customer.

The opportunity to restock my supplies in a clean and safe environment. Friendly and responsive staff.

Corporate I see that you are apologising for the bad experiences on everyone's posts.. but you really should send your higher ups into that store and get it together they are very rude and inconsistent.90% of the people that shop there are business owners and really don't have time for the foolishness!!!🤷🏽‍♂️ if you truly value your customers and your business you would get that store into shape it is really bad

I would seriously give them 4 stars because of their organization and really good deals on multiple products. Have to give them two stars and would even give them one because our checkout associate Daniel showed a complete lack of urgency when scanning items at the end. There was no excuse for the length of time it took to scan 23 items, And I could tell the man behind us with only four items was becoming very irritated. Other than that, great store and will be returning simply because of the deals.

There seems to never be enough parking spaces to begin with. Once you go in, there are pallets and skid steers literally everywhere. It’s extremely cluttery and difficult to find items. Not to mention you have to weave in and out of pallets with a big U-Boat. It’s not a good time. Idk if their prices fall in line with CostCo or Sams but the one benefit is that there is no membership fee (for business owners). For the most part the staff is friendly and helps to the best of their ability.

Do not do deliveries for here! Fair warning They do what they want and will actually say take it back! Actually I wanted to just drop it right there !

This place could be a lot better. I don’t understand why the business owners shopping there allow to be treated the way employees treat them. These employees are rude and don’t care about customers. You ask someone a question, good luck getting an answer. And it wasn’t just me, I saw it happen to quit a few customers. It seems like it’s there culture there. The forklift drivers are reckless. My wife almost got run over by one of them. The only reason I go there is because they have some items that I can’t find at other stores. Unfortunately, I will keep going there until I find an alternative.

I'm a OTR driver who just delivered here for the first time. Receiving opens at 0700 I checked in at 0700 and was promptly unloaded. People were very nice and will bring paperwork out to you when done. Notice: it's a tight turn in off Manchester so be prepared to swing wide. Also there is overnight parking in parking lot and outside entry gate after hours.

OTR, delivery. Had 11am app. Receiving opens at 7. They are pretty busy, lots of trucks in and out. Got a door around 10:15 and done by 11:15 overall not a super bad place like other people say.
