Good people .the truck drivers are very knowledgeable about about the the truck and the safety procedures they love what they do.please people when you see 18teenwheeler don't get close to there bumper behind them .do I recommend roane transportation services yes I do . people tell the truck drivers thank you or get them a cup of coffee.

Couldn't ask for worse service. Multiple loads cancelled, rescheduled, and strung along by multiple agents up to the Operations Manager. Rescheduled 5 different times throughout 2 days, and assured this would be picked up. If you get Jodi run the other way, she doesn't know what's going on and will pass you along to Camille who will blatantly give you rude service and an ultimatum. Forget about escalating the situation to Aubrey the Operations Manager, he will lie to you, avoid giving an answer, or both.

Driver on 1-24 west just tried to take a Beamer off the road twice. Watched the driver laugh about it as we passed him. Dangerous driver. Company needs to be aware. The driver has tattoos on arm couldn’t get plate as we were trying to get away from the truck so we weren’t ran off as well.
