I’m trying to get ahold of this business to get my vehicle back and no one answers the phone and their voicemail box is not set up. I was told by several friends that own wrecker businesses that this is done on purpose to rack the charges up. I sure hope this isn’t the case here. Department of public safety wrecker division wants me to keep track of all my call logs to them this could get time consuming. The owner only allows you to pick your vehicle up at one certain time each day. We also had our year sticker stolen off our tag and had to file a police report and we didn’t get all of our belongings back.

Tow drivers drive slow on the highway. Guy was doing 55 in a 75 with a minimum speed limit of 60. Huge traffic jam because if this dumb driver. Be careful calling these guys for a tow it will take hours at the speed they drive to get to you.

The gentleman at RoCo Towing (Claremore) did an above average job! Great customer service and communication from them on their end. I didn’t have the tools I needed to move my trailer and they used their own tools to get me set up, I took them to the wrong storage unit and they still drove me to the correct location free of extra charge just to be kind. Very pleased customer!

Great working employees fast and professional. Handle my vehicle like if it was one of their own. Definitely using calling them back the next time I need a tow.

The Roco guys are great. They are quick with their service and kind in their interactions. Cheaper than anybody else in town too! Will never use any other tow company!
