Had another parts store order some ac lines for my pete and was suppose to have them the next day but houston didn't ship them like they where asked. Plus the parts house I use could sell me the parts 20% cheaper than Rush Peterbilt

If you can avoid this place, you will save money and time. - Been doing repair over a year to compare. - Same problem again and again. - All services are overprice. - Take 3 Weeks to do some repair (Gasket, A/C, Service). - As frequent client I request to then on Friday 30th if is posible charge my company Monday 1st as accounting cycle stuff (over 5K/they have all company info file) and the denied.

Time, time time. Prepare to wait for at least two hour, using their curb side pick up. Husband sent me to pick up a part and it was the longest I have ever wait for something. He says it's normal.

Whhhyyyyyy does everything have to be so slow and time consuming here? Be prepared to wait in more than one line, for even one little thing. And then there is the fact that they let one person be in there with no mask on, even though the signs clearly say everyone needs to wear one or no service. I seriously dont appreciate that.

We had a delivery truck go down and needed a part. Our local Peterbilt dealer didn't have one and it was going to be a couple weeks to get it in directly from Bendix. They said that Rush Truck Center had the part we needed in stock. I dealt with Steve over the phone, they found the part we needed, took my credit card after I filled out a quick form and shipped it overnight for a very reasonable fee! Outstanding service! Thanks again!

Everyone here looks so unhappy to be here. Not a friendly person here nobody asked the customer's anything. They all look at you and try to avoid helping you out. I hate having to come here. Bring your lunch nobody gets in a hurry to help you out.!!!!!

I pick up a new truck just now big red from here This review is for the new service manager At rush who went above and beyond meeting my satisfaction. He is the only one I can guarantee at this location to make things right. The rest need to be replaced with this kind of service dedicated people, which has not been going on here for quite a while
