Cody Toms came out to set my gma oxygen up. He was very nice and explained everything. He let us know if we need anything he will come back out and help with anything!

I just wanted to say that I thought this place was great until I realized the staff is rude and/or clueless. I had asked 3 of the girls if an item was for sale or not none of them could give me an answer or find out. So I left my card and write down the item and asked that they call me when and if they found out. I stopped in today and asked about it. The item has been sold. I have NEVER experienced such rude treatment from retailer. I am still in shock and extremely disappointed.

Great food and friendly atmosphere. The waitress was phenomenal and the food was fast, hot, and delicious. Definitely looking to come back and try more of the menu. It's not a large eating area, and unfortunately due to covid it seems that the counter is closed off. So only eating at tables and booths. But if you're in the area, this is a fabulous place to stop and grab lunch. But I've heard breakfast is wonderful as well.

Decided to drive from Charlotte to Forest City and try some of their cuisine. The restaurant we were headed to was closed for vacation. We saw that Smith's was open and decided to give it a try. First time enjoying Smith's! There was 6 of us. Our waitress was a gem... a diamond in the rough! The burgers were incredible and delicious! We look forward to returning in the future!
