The staff is great and all but if you are trying to get your dot medical card they only give you a copy of it and you still have to waist your time going to the dmv to get a actual physical medical card . "We do our part and submit everything online, we dont do that here" is what i was told 😐🤨😡 . You have to get your card from the dmv " is what the lady told me . That is absolutely ridiculous of them . How lazy can they be where they cant give you your card the same day . Dont come here if you want your card the same day you would have to schedule a dmv visit to get your card and waist more of your valuable time .i dont recommend this place for getting you D.O.T medical card its not worth the 75 dollars you have to pay. Im very upset with this place ,Now i have to take more time off of work just to get what i was supposed to get in the first place.

Immigration (Beware...!!) Dr Name: Zeeshan Shaikh Iqbal I scheduled an appointment with Dr Iqbal on 19th Oct 2020 since I am required to submit my medical records to USCIS. Dr Zeeshan administered required vaccination and requested for Urine sample and we were asked to leave. They promised reports will be available in 4 days. After 5 days I had to call back and ask if my reports were ready for pickup. To my surprise this man mentioned that they threw our Urine samples out because they ran out of supplies to send them out to quest and asked me to go to Quest. I asked him why was I not informed about this? and I get no answer. Horrible service. Immigration paperwork is time sensitive and this man just fooling around. Find another place.....!!!!

I called to this clinic, the answering and service. Said can you please hold, I said yes after 5 minutes she hanged up, and that happens twice, I don't know why has five starts place, when no even have a good customer service.
