Rude And Disrespectful!!! Where Is Yalls Manners And Respect!!!! Called The Service Department To Ask Them If I can Stop By That They Can Pull Cods For Me Or I Gotta Pay For It. But Ending Up Joe The Guy That I Spoke To Instead Of Taking Care Of That Question For Me He Start Making Fun Of My Language Over The Phone . Is This How Vanguard Take Care Of Their Customers .Me As A Business Owner Will Never Do Business With Vanguard At Any Location Cross The Country Over Again.

Long Wait for a Sloppy, BAD Service Took my truck here 2 weeks ago for a check engine light diagnostic and my drive airbags not filling up. First, I had to wait 4 days before the truck was diagnosed, which is understandable then was told it additional parts were needed and were ordered. then the wrong part came in, then no updates and I had to call everyday for an update. They finally told me the truck was ready and I sent my driver to go pick it up. He got to the truck and started the engine and the airbags did not inflate, engine lights WERE STILL ON!!. It was clear that it was not tested and possibly not worked at all. So we left the truck with volvo for another 4 days while they "work" on the issues. Then they told us it was ready for the 2nd time. Driver went to pick up the truck and all looks fine. After driving for 15minutes, the airbags went out again and we had to take the truck back. The check engine light came back too... After a 3rd attempt of "Please Fix my truck" with volvo we took the truck out and took a load with fingers crossed. The next morning all 4 drive airbags were deflated AND the check engine light came on for all the same original faults. Volvo was simply clearing the codes instead of fixing the issue and spent the whole time working on an airbag issue that they couldn't fix and don't check their work. I just spent $3K on repairs and my truck is down right now for the same issues I took it in for. Highly frustrated...

Just fixed my semi truck here. Louis my mechanic is super nice guy. I like the way he talks to customers. The guy who meet me , told that is the huge line in front of me but still fixed me cuz i was under expedited load. I am pretty satisfied.

Very professional staff, Checked in my truck early Monday morning and they got me up and running in the same day. Service here is awesome, the service personnel are knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to get me rolling. Definitely will recommend this place. This was one of the best experiences I ever had at a Volvo service center. Great job guys.

Stop at the parts department to pick up some parts. On the way out I stopped at the service department to ask question about my engine light. Spoke with Mr Juan Martinez Service writer and I was very pleasantly surprised of that gentlemen. He grabbed his lap top, hooked it up to my truck and pulled the codes. Explained the possible reason for the codes and gave advice. Explained about some other stuff that I needed to know about oil changes ect. I have own Volvo trucks for 20 years and never ever got this type of a service from other dealerships. Thank you so much mr Martine for your great service and your professionalism!! I highly recommend vanguard in El Paso Tx!

Boloco people they bring the truck here might think you’re doing a good job but if you’re from out of state they’re slow as molasses in when it comes to paying a damn bill don’t bring your truck here to get it fixed will be waiting two days

Great service, they understand what the stakes are for an O.O to be down. The service writer (the tall guy) could of took me to the cleaner, but didn't. Had me in an out in 45 minutes. Explained everything well. Great job. This is where I will come from now on. Thks guys...
