Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

These People work way harder than any other shop to make the customers satisfied with the end result. They may not be most sympathetic to how much of a rush your in. But they get it done right the first time. A+ shop A+ lube A+ customer service. And a disclaimer if they don’t have your part and can’t get it that’s a supply issue not a store issue. All and all get group of exceptionally train staff.

This is the most unprofessional unorganized Shop up I have ever seen everyone on this team needs to be retrained on customer service communication. I arrive at the shop at 8 PM with one truck in front of me all the staff are playing around not working then I sit there for three hours for them to tell me they had a road call And the tick had to do that first before helping me that doesn’t make any sense you’re going allow Customer to sit for 3 hours then Tell me the Road call has Priority over me? I will never ever use a speedco again Nothing about this business is fast.

Very professional and friendly service. TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE GHETTO SPEEDCO IN CONLEY. DO NOT GO TO CONLEY SPEEDCO. The Jackson location is excellent and very caring about the customer and doing a complete job.

Came in for a DOT inspection. Not only were the techs rude, but they were also milling around not taking care of the customers. I got into a bay right away, and a hour and a half later, with the techs not even touching my trailer, I was told I had to move over to the repair bay to get a light fixed. I had to go around to a different bay and had to wait an other hour and a half. I'm under a load and this is unacceptable. At present I've been here 4 hours for a simple DOT inspection, unbelievable and unacceptable!!!!! Management should take a look at what's going on at this speedco. Either that or close the place down.. it has very little room to move around and no parking to get out of the way.. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY DRIVING CAREER EVER!!!!!! Finally got out of there at 1:30 am. So spent 11 hours from 2:35 pm to 1:30 am, just for a DOT trailer inspection. Very unacceptable!!!!

This place is the worst place for an oil change. I waited for over four and a half hours before they pulled me into the Old Bay and I told him I want the synthetic oil change and it took them at least two more hours before they completed the oil change on my truck the next day I drive my truck on the road below all pressure alarm comes on constantly every single day since that oil change so 3 days later I call and talk to the store manager and I was told to come in and they can check what's wrong so I came in and waited and told them that I'm waiting at Bay number one and they told me to wait until they can check on it but they never pull me into the old way for 5 hours I waited there until late at night and I left so I'm so sick and tired of waiting for these people to check my truck to see what they did wrong on my truck so this is the place that you want to run away from from oil change portable place portable people technician has no care for any truck driver

They don’t know how to change the oil, they put way more oil in my truck then they should as a result I’m in another speedco shop, wasting my time and money,thank you Guys well done

Very good guy's working here. They where very helpful to me. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Would recommend them to anyone. It was greatly appreciated.

This is my favorite location hands down. Bryan, David & Ronnie is always eager to answer my questions honestly. These guys are great in what they do and as trucker that takes pride in my investments, I am glad they chosed this location for employment. They always take care of my truck as if it's their own and for that I wanna say again.... THANKS SPEEDCO!!! Thanks guys!!!

please stay away from this service place they will charge you there mistakes like they spell oil while they were changing my oil and try to charge me and the reason was they but wrong oil filter for my car bad costumer service never ever come to y'all
