Storage Sense

I’m very upset and heartbroken! Because of their negligence my daughters baby pictures books clothes keepsakes were stolen out my unit! Things that were valuable and priceless to me that I CANT get back! The security gate has been broken for months and someone broke into our unit and stole EVERYTHING!!!! Now i'm annoyed!!! instead of taking responsibility about the gate never being fixed!! You want to say that our unit wasn't broken into because the locked wasn't cut off! the fact of the matter is that our unit was broken into whether they cut or broke the lock off!!! I'm sure you know that four other units were broken into that same night!!!

Security Gate has been broken for months(8) to a year! Someone broke into our unit! They took everything! Mostly things that were priceless! My kids baby pictures books clothes keepsakes that I can’t replace!

We went there for the storage auction we live in Andalusia and this was in Ozark a little over a hour but the called off the auction so it was a wasted trip but next time I'll call before we go that far , lol but good came out of it we came back and went to both of the emporiums here had a good time

I've been with this storage place for for almost 6 yrs. They are awesome people

Unprofessional, rude , and still charged after the fact I moved out my unit after I confirmed I wouldn't be.....absolutely absurd. My last money in my account and they took it and don't bother to actually give good customer service. UPDATE: I received an email and a call from Mr. Steve . He was presisant on how it was my fault. I found it upsetting . To my recall during my first payment , it was discussed on moving out procedures. After this, I called prior to my move out date (been with them at this point 9 months or so) informed a gentlemen that I spoke with when I be leaving etc. Ok...the day comes I clean it out left the lock on it went back later that day to remove it (due to habit) a women who works there saw me ..... the next am I got charged crazy part she gave me a 0.00 balance receipt then I wake up to being charged ...after I was given a zero balance receipt . Mr. Allen ... says he couldn't remember " our conversation" I mean, the women argued over the phone idk it's just crazy and was unexpected and NO I have not received my refund yet. Other wise my bank stubs would show me .
