Super happy with the work that was done on our Semi. Took a 2012 International ProStar to them for a new fuel pump and fuel injectors. They got me in so fast. Tiffany kept us updated with the progress and made sure that everything was done great. The tech was super clean and left our truck like new. This is a very good shop. The job was superb. Highly recommend them

The service ladies are nice and polite, however it does not make up for the severe short coming in the service dept. This company charges outrageous prices and doesnt fix anything, they guess whats wrong with the trucks, no skill required. They take days to fix things that should be fixed in hours. They dont stand behind their work and want to charge more and more. Avoid this place like the plague you'll be far better off.

Great Customer Service when you get to speak/work with someone but its hard to get thru on the phone and when you do, they make you give them your number so they can call you back because they are so backed up. Its been that way for years and it doesn't appear like that will change anytime soon which is a shame because the majority of the time you end up having to call them back because they forget to call or just keep taking new calls as they cone in when they start to get caught up. Why they insist on staying under staffed instead of hiring more Parts Department personnel to handle the large volume of parts requests they continuously have I'll never understand. All that aside, the parts they usually have on-hand is great and the employees attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile to get you what you need are above par and positive.

Call to speak about a truck I spent money on... was talked to like I was an idiot. No Customer Service in their service dept. especially Heather. Manager didn’t have much to say either... No accountability!

Communication and professionalism of Chad in service and the parts department was 5 stars. Chad was great to get my truck squeezed in and completed. The parts department went out of their way to run after a part in Salina after an ordered part from Memphis didn't arrive on their overnight shipment. The reason for the 3 star review comes down to parts availability. If you are a Volvo service provider, then a water pump for a D13 engine should be a stock item, not something that should have to be ordered in. Otherwise- good people and good service. We would use again if needed. Edit - 1000 miles down the road, the pulley came off the water pump and stranded us. We had to call out a service truck to replace the pulley in the road. Summit covered it, but poor workmanship was the cause in the first place. In the end, people here deserve more than 2 stars, but parts availability and having to do a remix on the road cost them 2 stars.
