Please do not waster your time stopping here if you want to eat. Went in to eat IHOP and stood there for almost 10 minutes. No one ever greeted us even after waitress passed by twice to wait on the one table being occupied. Left there and went to Subway in the same location....workers were in no hurry to wait on anyone and had an attitude with customers in line. Decided to leave after waiting in line and hearing conversations about how they were out of numerous items, working conditions and watching them make sandwiches. Went to the center right next store to McDonalds and left within minutes with hot food.

Stopped at this truck stop for gas and snacks on our drive home. When I ran my card, I was told that it didn’t go through even though the machine on my side said approved. The cashier said her machine didn’t say approved so she made me swipe my card again. Get home and two days later I look at my bank account and there are two charges for the exact same amount that have cleared my account. So I call the store and tell them what had happened and that I need a refund for the extra amount taken out of my account. I was informed that it wasn’t their problem and they refused to credit my card for the extra charges. The lady on the phone said that if I want my money back, then I would have to dispute it with my bank. I will be calling my bank tomorrow and lodging a complaint. After reading some reviews it seems that some other people have had problems with being charged twice and not being able to get their money back. Be aware if you stop here, you could end up paying double and they don’t care if they charge you twice. We travel through this area frequently and we will never stop here again.

So they staff at this TA are friendly and nice but honey the shop is a mess! Went in for two steer tires and was there for almost 4hrs after being put in a shop bay.! Not to mention the guy replacing our tires was new but for some reason no one thought to assist or help him until they realized all he was doing was smoking cigs and trying to find the best song on his phone to as loud as possible while spitting water everywhere. Awful. I was very frustrated and had to stand outside because they offered nowhere for you to sit while waiting after they put you out of your truck.

Friendly staff great coffee good food. They have an IHOP for breakfast and a Subway for fast food. They have a game room and a pool table. Plenty of semi truck parking, paid and free spots. Overnight parking is permitted. There's a church on the property. They do not sell alcoholic beverages at this location.

The workers here are so friendly. From the cashier to the guy cleaning showers and the ladies at i hop, all so friendly. The shower could have been cleaner. The shower had hair on the drain and on the floor and the toilet still had stuff on it. The shower was small and there was some rust throughout the room. Was only going to give a 3 star but the fact that the gentleman cleaning showers actually knocked on the door to see if someone was still in the shower bumped it up. The code keypad said system was down and my husband and i could get the deadbolt to lock so it said vacant but he still knocked out of courtesy. My husband and i have been to many truck stops where they just walk in without knocking and even once where the lady walked in as she was knocking so we really appreciated the courtesy and respect he shared. I really wish I got his name. It was on 10/23/2020 sometime between 1:30 and 2:30 pm. If corporate or the owner sees this and can figure out who he is that would be awesome. Food was amazing at IHOP too. Our waitress had a really great attitude and even talked with us a bit when she wasn't busy.
