TA Truck Service / Truck Wash

Went in to get cracked coolant resivoir replaced. Got south into Iowa and overflow line not properly connected. Fittings were put on stripped. Had to go to a different shop that did the job right. These guys cost me more money by not doing the job right the first time.🤬🤬🤬

BIG SCAM SHOP, i broke a seal in the differential , I decided to stop one day to repair it, after an hour and a half in the workshop they called me that I couldn't loosen the nut to remove the seal, but they CHARGE ME 226 $ for doing NOTHING, just wasting my day, these mechanics are a joke, incredible, I went to another workshop and they removed it in 15 minutes without problems I wonder if they are not ashamed to call themselves mechanics and not be able to remove a nut. or at least not steal a driver for a job not done

Told me that they couldnt do an alignment on my dump truck since there was to much wrong with the front-end. Said it could cost upwards of $5000.00 to re-bush and repair. I took it to Severson Ford and they said there was slight play in pins but didnt an alignment and new steers. Steers great and tires are holding up great

Had the part and knocked out the job quick. Night crew rocks

Getting work done here is usually pretty quick. If for some reason you need to buy a gallon of oil, walk over to the main store it will save you ~$4. Price in the shop was $23.99, price in the main store was $19.99.

A section of our trailer frame cracked almost in half and our trailer was starting to buckle at the tongue and the next morning we went in and they fit us in within an hour to weld it back together, and their tech welded it back together and made it EXTREMELY strong with metal plating on all 3 sides. Great customer service and great work and didn’t even drain the wallet

The best place to do an oil change! In less than 1 hour everything was done. Will recommend everyone!!!

Cab blower had stopped working. Took it in to have looked at. Between two of the mechanics they didn't know how to get to the blower motor. I had to tell them how to. Then they pull the motor out. They spun the turbine and said the motor was bad and replacing it would fix the problem.The kw dealership was closed so rather than spending the extra money I waited till the next morning to get it from the kw next door. I bought the blower motor and replaced it myself but even the new one didn't work. I had kw take a look and they figured out that it was a blown fuse. From the videos on YouTube I watched to fix it myself the fuses were the first thing that should've been checked. When I checked the fuse it looked good but it was the little square kind so I wasn't positive. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is they didn't charge me for the few minutes it took them to remove the motor. Plus, though they came to the right conclusion about needing to replace the blower motor, they got to that conclusion for the wrong reasons.

Had a air leak, the mechanic on duty found it, fixed it, and I was on my way. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. 👍👍👍

No waitresses! Might as well be a subway like everywhere else. They need to close down.

Extremely slow service, came in for a valve job, waited an hour and a half, took an hour and a half to diagnose the abs valve which I told them when I arrived, lane #13. Mechanic came out and and said he was leaving his shift before filing paperwork for estimate, nobody knows anything, blond lady at desk has bad attitude and is defensive. I asked if the part had arrived and she just ignored me, talking to two mechanics, everyone ignores you here. Left my newspaper on the chair directly in front of me, went to prepare coffee and then wordlessly picked up my newspaper without asking if it was mine or left there. She did not smile or offer coffee.

Chaz is an awesome tech. Did a great job installing exterior parts.
