The people over at the shop are just wonderful The people in the convenience store are wonderful now if you can get the TA to open the restaurant back up that would be wonderful

Heavy Hauler Freightliner for TA Truck Service
Went in today to get a tire replaced. Me and the company I am leased to... made arrangements hours in advance to make sure they had the correct size in stock, or to get one brought in. After sitting in their bay with my trailer jacked up for some time... I went in to inquire why no one was working on my trailer. She said my company sent in the wrong tire size. I didn't get too upset. I just left. But, my company sent me a copy of the electronic correspondence sent to the shop. That woman looked right in my eyes, and LIED. If they are going to lie about something like that... what won't they lie about ? Did they really change your oil ? Did they really do the dot inspection?

Didn't get food. But the shower was hot and had nice pressure. The coffee was good and fresh. The parking lot was clean and didn't smell of piss. The floor employees were very friendly not so much one of the cashiers but dealing with a- hole truck drivers who could blame her. All in all great place..

I was needing an oil change on my 2021 ram 3500 Dually so I contacted parts and service at TA and had the pleasure of speaking with Mike who is extremely respectful and helpful. I have my 40ft gooseneck trailer with me so I can’t just go to any place for an oil change but Mike informed me they weren’t capable of doing it because they don’t have the right size filters. So instead of just telling me no and hanging up, he got online and researched a place I could get my trailer into. Thanks Mike your da bomb:
