Rejected the whole load claiming that the whole load had to be restacked, it's only 2 pallets.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would. They rejected part of the load because the load was leaning to one side of the trailer. So I had to go and get load restacked. I came back two days later to try and deliver the rest of the load, and they rejected two pallets because they stated that a couple of the boxes were damaged. After inspecting the load myself, I can see that there is barely any damage at all.

It's receivers like these that really make you rethink this trucking profession. Absolute waste of time. Checked in at 2:30p. Given a dock at almost 6p. Done with rejections at 12:15am. Unloader decided to double stack all 3 rejected pallets and the product now leans. Told the office to kindly separate them. Supervisor says it's gonna take another couple of hours to get back to me. How bad does Target really want to dishearten truck drivers. Never touching a Target load ever again!

Been here plenty of times. Different experience each time. Sometimes they take a short time and sometimes they take forever. Employees are nice. No overnight parking.

Found it easy. Arrived for 0430 appt at 0330. Parked on the street, on the Target side, the other side of the street has no parking sign all along the side of the road. Pull up to guard shack, got a door right away. Took paperwork into door 7. It has a big sign above it, "Drivers check in." Plenty of room to back into your door. Great spacing between doors, so you are not sitting on the lap of the guy in the truck next to you. Back into the door with your doors shut and seal intact. Took maybe an hour to unload. Very friendly and professional staff. They give you paperwork back after checking in. So green light turns red, you get unloaded, then light turns green, they send you a text, then you roll out. It could not be easier. They have a drivers lounge with bathrooms and snack machines. Could not be an easier delivery.

Most people comments when angry, my appointment 6:30 AM I drive in 5:15 am I am a sign to the door right away go to the check-in office Nick is the nice guy thank you buddy, 6:35 am start unloading my truck 820 I have a text message I'm done, Lots of room to maneuver I'm OK with this place👍🏻 Safety vest required💪🏻

To get unloaded, you are looking for around 5 hours, do not hope that it takes less then that. Very nice people in the office and guard shack, however it’s not covering my disappointment by those lazy motherf*ckers at the warehouse.

Easy to find, plenty of room for maneuvering in and out of parking slots/docks. No overnight parking inside of DC, but there is limited room to park along East side of Corbin Rd (parking is allowed there). Arrived at 7:50am for an 8:30am appointment, and received a door right away. Keep your doors closed, they open them from the inside. Unloading was done and I was on my way out the gate at 12:15pm. Being a reefer driver, I'm accustomed to long dock times, so this was average for what I typically expect. Overall experience was good.

Arrived 0750 for our 0800 appointment, 10 pallets frozen product.
Guard will assign you a parking spot. Once parked, got to Receiving office to check in. They will direct you from there. You may have to wait for a dock assignment, or you may get a dock right away.
When docking, don’t open your trailer doors, or remove any seals, as they open the doors from inside.
Once you’re unloaded, you will receive a text & a green light if your load is ok. At that point you can just leave as they give your paperwork back at Receiving. If something is wrong, you will either get only a text or only a green light.
We were assigned a dock right away. Although, said the lady at Receiving, that doesn’t mean you’ll get unloaded right away. 😕
They unloaded us at 1050 (3 hours after arrival).
We got the green light & our “ok to leave” text at 1125.
Overall, the people here were very friendly, they gave us water bottles at the guard shack & the process was smooth. I give them 3.5 stars for the long time we were here (3.5 hours from arrival to departure). I’ve been to much worse.
