Attention Regional and District Management of the Home Depot #6324. A word of advice from a once loyal customer. Have you completely forgotten what true customer service is? Have you no honor to stand by your online and in store promises? It is extremely hard to see in our everyday world, stores just ignoring their own policies. Maybe if you’d hire a more competent in store management team that actually works, you know hands on management, it may flow over onto the regular employees. As things stand I won’t waste another moment or dollar at this facility.

I want to give a special thank you to Jacob over at South Lakeland Home Depot. He provided excellent customer service to me in the shipping department. He is a very hard worker and very friendly. Home Depot should hire more like him. Thank you Jacob and Home Depot for the excellent service. Home Depot is my go to for home improvement and supplies. 😁

Almost always have what I need. Store is always well stocked. UPDATE! The last three times I went in there was no one at a register. EVERYONE had to use self checkout. Why do they have two people working self checkout if it is so great? BECAUSE IT IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT AND RARELY WORKS CORRECTLY! I don't work for HD. I get no discount for doing their job. There were 5 employees standing in a circle at the return counter talking and having a grand time when I walked out.

If you’re thinking about doing pickup, don’t. We have a newborn and can’t really go inside so decided to try pickup. We were the only car there and still waited for 30 minutes. We flagged down a worker who wasn’t too happy to help. Then they finally brought out our order which was broken base boards. We didn’t have time to wait for someone to get new ones. So disappointed.

Very aggravated with this store! Couldn't get anyone on the phone to help us, so we just went to the store and figured it out ourselves. It was only when we laid out our plan on the floor with the materials we planned to buy, that someone wanted to help us. And they can't blame it on nothing but poor customer service cause it's like this all the time. I'd much rather shop Home Depot than anywhere else, and we spend a lot of money there!

I love this Home Depot. If I need help, the Home Depot experts always are willing to assist you in whatever it is you need and if they don't have it, they can order it from store to store!!! The only place I'll go!

Great Home Depot! My favorite team member is Victoria, who greets customers and generally helps if you need something or have a question. She is the best. Always cheerful and has a smile for customers. Refreshing to have such great customer service these days. :)
