I Love that I can bring dogs to walk around the store. I wish the store would post something about keeping dogs on a leash... We encountered an off leash dog on a Friday mid afternoon. Please post something for those who don't already know how to keep dogs on a leash.

Cannot say enough great things about Andy in doors! He has tons of knowledge and experience that helped us to replace our old back patio door. He’s also just overflowing with kindness and enthusiasm. great guy!

Great having a home improvement store close to home. Staff are almost always friendly and helpful. Only small gripe is they keep a bunch of their power tools locked up, so you gotta wait on them if youre shopping for one. They also tend to not have as much in stock compared to other locations, but their online shopping has a huge selection and offers delivery. Returns have always been honored so far.

One Price listed online but when you get there you might find that those prices are not valid. I'd like Home Depot to explain. Until then 2 Stars is being generous.

Everytime I go here I walk away with a new tool...lol Honestly everyone I go here everyone has been super friendly and helpful. The lumber guys have cut wood for me and been super helpful to trouble shoot my issues. The plumbing section was amazing last time I was there. I need PVC to replace my shoe racks that vanished the day before my craft show. They cut the pieces at measurements that would give me the cuts I needed and helped me find the tool to cut the PVC at home to finish my racks. He even showed me how to use the tool while he cut my PVC at the store. Never had a bad experience at this store yet.

Smaller inventory selection than most other Home Depot locations. Their updated return policy is 90 days from purchase. Staff always seems polite and helpful.

Store is close to my location and convenient. Most of the time I can find what I'm looking for. Today's visit I needed help in a specific Department. As I waited around I did not see anyone. Finally saw someone and they told me to walk to the front of the store and ask customer service to page that department and then they would come back. Confused on why they could not pick up the phone at that specific location and do it themselves. After talking to customer service they had said that they would meet me back there. As I waited back there for 10 minutes the gentleman finally came and as somebody was passing by grabed his attention and he sat down with him instead. I express that I had been waiting there and had page someone and he said well there's two of us so he'll help you. Very disappointed. PS it seems like the associate knew the customer personally maybe that's why he was taking him over me!? Off to Lowe's!

Employee knew what she was doing and was very respectful. The transition went smoothly and in a timely manner. In fact all the women in the paint area were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Always have items I need in stock and their prices are responsible. The main reason I continue to shop at this specific Home Depot is due to how genuine their staff is. They do not hesitate to ask if you need any assistance and they are always eager to answer any questions.

This is an average Home Depot. I can normally find the things I need there and it is convenient for the Souderton, PA resident. The only thing I find frustrating is their policy towards Veterans. There are times when I go in and show my identification, they accept it and other times they tell me it must be something different even though I had to use my DD214 to get the ID I’m sharing with them.
