I'm somewhat biased for Home Depot since I used to work at one. It was one of the best jobs I've ever had. But lately the Home Depot's I've shopped at around here have been disappointing. I tried to get a charcoal grill on Father's day and wasn't really that shocked that they didn't have any. What was disappointing was that it was impossible to find any help. I don't think it's really the sales associates fault, because they all seemed busy stocking shelves and such, just seems like maybe they are under staffed. It wasn't even that busy when I went in either.

Very disappointing! Had a curb side pick up. We parked where the sign said to park and called the number on the sign. We were put on hold so long my husband finally had to go in to find out where our order was. He was gloved and masked. Unfortunately almost no else was. No social distancing. The future is scary!

on 4/22/2020 I purchased a rigid mitre saw R4221 at this store, the saw worked well for two weeks and then malfunctioned by cutting through the blade guard. I visited the store the next day after the malefaction happened which was 5/1/2020. they informed me in the weeks since I purchased my saw that a new model had replaced it and that I would have to come out of pocket for the new model. I then asked what are my other options, the manager stated I could send in my two week old item for repair or I could return it for a lesser mitre saw and get money back. here is where I felt annoyed, rigid is suppose to be a Home Depot product line, she then stated to me that maybe I shouldn't get another rigid mitre saw since mine had malfunctioned. she then said that based on the features I need the dewalt for 599 seemed to be my only choice. My issue is that they didn't care what I did, they didn't ask if the item had injured me, they didn't care if I bought another product, they were only interested in moving on to the next customer. They could have easily fixed my issue if they were customer centric. My model mitre saw was still available online, if they wanted to they could have ordered it for me from online. Also the newer model that they had was in stock they could have easily swapped it out. it was not realistic to ask me to take a two week old product to the service center, and be without it for weeks. it also give me little faith that their employees think so little of their Rigid line of products. Home Depot lacks empathy within their employees and are far from being customer centric. Thank you for making me realize that spending my hard earned money with you doesn't matter.

I have mixed experiences visiting here. Sometimes I get really great service and other times, horrible. However, the store is usually well stocked. I especially appreciate their sales. Veterans, don't forget your discount! Lumber can be found discounted, and their lights displays are many. Full range of plumbing as well as electrical. Let's not forget about the cabinets too and the garden center I love shopping here.
