Home Depot is a great place to pick up your building supplies. Whether you are doing repairs, doing a remodel - large or small, even a major construction project, you can get most of your supplies here. If they don't have what you need when you visit they can order it for you or you can order it yourself using the Home Depot app. 7/6/22 still a great place for building supplies.

My husband and myself have been working endlessly to remodel our home. We came into the store looking for help and advice on our final projects and we were welcomed by the sweetest worker we have ever encountered in any Home Depot, Kathy Moore. She was not only super attentive to every question we threw at her, she somehow managed to keep a smile on both of our faces the entire time. It was so refreshing to meet someone in retail who genuinely cares about her job and the customers that she’s serving. If I ever open my own business I would hire her in a heartbeat, so look out Home Depot!!

After not being able to find any associates for about 15 minutes, I encountered Erica. Again. My interactions with her over the years at the Pelham location as well as this location have not been pleasant experiences. I absolutely do not know why this woman is a manager. She is beyond rude to customers and downright mean to the other employees. I don't care to witness it anymore. I will be canceling my company's account and sending our maintenance teams elsewhere for supplies and materials, in addition to encouraging our contractors to do the same.

It gets four stars only because it's my store and I know everyone. . I found a product that I had been searching for and the website says it's not available at my store and not available within 100 miles. Called the store and they said they didn't stock it. I wonder how many times they lose sale

Product availability was fine but many of the employees, especially those at the “customer service desk” didn’t wear masks appropriately. Most of them only masked their mouth, leaving them unprotected and free to share their germs with whomever. I called back to speak to a manager and was left on hold repeatedly.... never to speak to a manager. Many many customers had no mask at all. No thanks!

Couldn't find any pretty perennial flowers that we wanted. They had tons of annuals but not many perennials. Usually they have a variety but that was at the Pell City store. So now we have to go to another store to hopefully find what we need. Still love Home Depot

I am trying to be careful about wearing a mask. Many of the employees either did not have on a mask or pulled it down below their nose and in many cases their mouths. We were looking to replace ceiling lights and the selection was small.

Haven’t had the best experiences here, but also haven’t had the worst. Their lighting selection is very small. Not a lot of choices. They quoted me a rediculouse price for my kitchen. Way out of the budget I told them at the beginning. They wasted over an hour of my time. Then messed up my order of appliances.
