Terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to help, and no one ever came. Pressed help button numerous times. Several employees spending time talking to each other instead of helping the customer. Will be taking my business to Lowes.

Great service at front desk. Only problem they had a young lady load a cabinet on my trailer. Smh

This review is mainly for two employees (Zebb and Keith) that went OVER & BEYOND for me last week rather than the company as a whole. So, I’m new to the area (moved from GA) and with the pandemic issues a lot of items are taking almost a decade to arrive via shipping. I recently bought a home and purchased a dining table on June 12 online. After the delivery date changing over 4 times, the item shipped to the store on July 8 and the package was HUGE (I previously called to have it shipped to my home but I couldn’t change it so then a rep assured me it was 100lbs and could fit in a compact car trunk—BOY WAS SHE WRONG). With the package being so big and me not knowing anyone with a large vehicle to haul it, the two employees I mentioned earlier assisted me for over 30mins I’m sure in unboxing the items, removing seats to fit the items, and then helped secure items in my truck with strings. All things they didn’t have to do just to help a Samaritan. The world needs more people like this. GOD BLESS THEM! Especially for being angels to me on this day! I love my table by the way. :)

Great customer service, I was asked if I needed help. I was also asked if I needed help out. The store was clean @ organized. Staff was pleasant.

Clean and bright store. I had 2 associates ask if I needed help. Store well stocked on Framing lumber and Simpson Joist Hangers for the spring rush I'm guessing.

Service is great. Purchase my Washer & Dryer from there. Great delivery service. Right on time.

I've gone looking for things twice and asked associates where I might find them. Either they had never heard of the products or they simply didn't know. I of course found it using the website and my phone but the level of training seems to be in short supply at this location.

Love shopping at Home depot they have just about anything you'd want at reasonable prices. I would recommend home depot to anyone.

Went to Purchace metal gutters and i finally found someone that worked in that department. I ask the associate what accesories i would need to purchace to install these gutters. He told me to look at the diagram posted in the dept. I told him the diagram didnt make since to me and could he just tell me what i needed to install 100' of metal gutters. He said well its up to you what you want to use because you have choices. (For someone that doesnt know what to get.. having many chioces makes it even more confusing)... i said all i want to know is... what do i need to buy to get these installed. He again said... its really your choice what you want to buy!!... and then he said if you need more help just ask another associate because im fixing to be off the clock im going home thank you mam. Now...i think it is a bad thing for a building supply store to hire unqualified personal to assist customers with no knowledge about what they are selling!!.. i ask a simple question that the Home Depot employee should have been able to answer with confidence. Or if he didnt know he should have found someone that did know!!! Instead... he chose to inform me that it is time for him to be off the clock!!!... im truly upset about that!!!😡.. i went to buy the gutters because i have a small window of time to get them installed and the unknowlagable employee has set me back on my window of time!.. for that reason Home Depot gets the 1 star it takes to post this review!!!... at this minute Home Depot deserves less than 1 star!!!.. OPONION ... hire qualified employees that has knowledge of what they are supposed to be selling!!!
