I delayed the cabinet delivery waiting for the whole order to get in only to have 2 cabinets delivered. Requested signatures on delivery but the cabinets managed to be left without our signature.
Found out today (5 days after the fact) someone magically signed for the order except we have never heard of the signer and we were there for delivery.
Everyone is busy these days so I tried to work with them on filling the balance of my order and even offered to pickup. Five days later they still can’t tell me what they have in inventory. Can you believe after I canceled the order, they gave me push back on the refund?
This is only one experience but I was surprised at their callousness especially after repeatedly telling them I paid my folks to work on a Saturday for no work and this has held up my job for 5 days.

Great experience! My 20 (!) year old drill finally kicked the bucket so I needed a replacement. Go see Christian in hardware - extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me choose the right drill and explained the different models and options. I will definitely make this my regular HD location.

Horrible customer service. Placed order online to use an online coupon and to pick up in store. The order posted for delivery instead of pickup. They cancelled order and refused to honor online coupon in store even though it was their app that messed up.

This place is a joke you can’t enter the store without a mask. Instead of asking politely for you to put on a mask they yell at you and threaten to escort you out of the store also it not very clean or organized so they won’t have to threaten me because treating someone like that I will not be back very poor customer service the one star is only because I couldn’t give it any less

The man who helped my daughter and I was extremely helpful and courteous! My daughter and I had went on Home Depot online and checked out different Blowers and we checked the ratings. When we got into the store, the salesman helped us make a good decision. We couldn't decide whether we wanted to purchase a gas or electric blower. I have posted a picture with this comment on the blower that we purchased. We are extremely happy with it.
