Did management change? The standards in this store have been slipping and this mornings shopping trip was almost completely futile. Almost every aisle is full of stock and trash. There’s a sign that says “excuse our dust while we remodel”… well, this isn’t dust. And if you need exterior storage while you do this, then find that solution. Some aisles were 100% blocked and completely inaccessible. Why 3 stars then? The staff is wonderful and helpful, especially in the paint dept (Dan) and the cashier (Sue). Guess I’ll go on Amazon for a ceiling fan.

Get some more help! Every time I go here and need help it takes double the time finding someone, then when you do find someone that person is not trained to do anything or willing to help. I guess you are wanting us to shop at Lowes!

issues ...worst home depot that I have ever been to. And, the management folks that I spoke to perpetuate a careless attitude towards customers. Let's hope some of this feedback works its way to corporate Home Depot. On a positve note, not all Home Depot stores are like this. If you're in Denver area, swing by or call the Golden Home Depot because they actually pick-up the phone when you call them and they provide great customer service and pro desk folks are awesome - ask for Gary

If you need to do a project, this is the place to go. Although, using the app to find locations in the store will probably be more effective than asking for help. It can be difficult to find someone. If you need keys made, be patient... Other than that, its a great store. They offer a veteran discount.

I am a small business owner and I've been a pro member for several years and have finally had enough! Today, I stand in line for several people and as I reach the register, I get told that he was shutting it down and I would need to get in the other line. He then proceeds to checkout the customers in line behind me! Why? Not a single answer as to why, not even from management! I'll never do any business there and suggest Lowe's Home Improvement of you want to be treated with proper customer service!!! Don't waste your time in this store!

I pulled up and called about curbside pickup since I don't live in the area and drove into the carport area. Mindy sounded like a teenage brat with an, "Oh my God" like I was her worst enemy instead of a paying customer. Please hire people who can deal with customers before you don't have any. Decided on another place for the rest of our family projects. Have a great day (something else you could train your employees to say when the customer is refraining from what they'd like to tell the child)

Generally this place is what you would expect. The website is another story. I have ordered items twice from the website and had them cancelled the next day due to them not being in stock. Don't trust the website for stock, be prepared to search on your own and be ready for a trip to lowes to find what they dont have. Usually that is blinds but lowes has limited stock as well. Home Depot is not terrible but a strong average as a company trying to save money on labor.
