Just like any other Home Depot but the workers were very helpful. I've needed many things cut or unlocked and not once did somebody seem upset about that. They all seem to enjoy helping people. The garden section is upkept very well and the birds that come through are quite cute. They have military or veteran parking as well as wheelchair parking. I haven't tried curbside pickup but it was offered. The self checkout is very simple no matter what you have and the attendee is very helpful if needed. Check out the light section if you're a shiny loving dragon. No gold but lights will suffice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very kind woman at the return center helped to give me a refund on some items i mistakenly had purchased and a very helpful man in the plumbing section guided me to the pieces I needed to fix my kitchen sink. Great experience over all. 🤙

Our original visit to the store was great! We got the help we needed and purchased our fridge. We asked HD to hold it so we could get our trailer to haul it home. We went back to the store, got a few other items needed for our house and expected to pick out fridge up, no problem. My husband asked an associate if we could get some help and the associate said "Well, I don't know if anyone is over there. You'll just have to wait your turn." My husband asked nicely and we were both courteous. We waited another 30 minutes before anyone came to help us. Then when the same associate came up, he was very rude. if we hadn't already spent $2500 on a fridge, we would have left and bought one somewhere else. We have been to this HD several times and the customer service here is lacking.

Thankful for the curbside pickup but it all comes down to the attitude of the employee. They can make or break the experience. Orders have all been correct. I'll be generous and rate them a strong 7 out of 10. Just being honest...

A good place to shop overall. The service has improved in assisting to locate specifics in such a large store. John, an employee, greets you at the door and goes above and beyond to assist. Of course he is "old school" and has an exceptional work ethic that others could follow his example. Most employees are friendly and courteous. The store is very clean and products offered definitely meet your building and remodeling needs.
