I needed to park close for my father he's handicap and a passing customer (which apparently I was invisible to them) just dropped off the Giant flatbed right in front of my car.
Alexander is the only one that I'm giving five stars to he takes the initiative to do what is necessary, and was the only one to do so.

Inventory is extremely off. Bad customer service. Employees are young kids with no motivation to work and help out the customer. Groups of employees hanging out in parking lot. Takes forever to get a lot loader to assist. Long waits for help in aisles where merchandise is locked up. Witnessed a lot of horse play on equipment. Never see managers on floor. Horrible place. Don’t spend your money here, go to lowes!

ONLY GO WHEN NECESSARY! EXPENSIVE! CHEAP MATERIALS! RUDE STAFF! ALWAYS BUSY! Home Depot has totally deteriorated over the years. Once a grand concept, stocked with materials which were of quality, we have now come to a overly commercialized, mess! This location is always busy (like a Super Walmart). The lines for paint and other specialty items is utterly ridiculous. Staff are super rude. Go up the street to a Lowe's where you'll find more trained staff, or better yet, TRY to shop at a Mom and Pop shop, if any exist!

Went there to buy an extension cord. I had to find an employee to guide me in the right direction as I didn’t want to walk through the whole store looking for what I needed. The employee was helpful. I just wish the Home Depot would have more cashiers open with actual employees as opposed to so many self checkout lines.
Microwave purchase:
***If you are buying something to be delivered, they DO NOT work with your schedule. They give you a very wide time range the day before your delivery and it’s extremely inconvenient for working class people… You CANNOT plan for the delivery in advance. Their delivery customer service is NOT willing to assist in any way.***

Busy place, has everything you need, good employees, what ever happened to cashiers? All self service check out which undoubtedly will require an employee to help. Then you have to stand and wait because there is only one helping others. On the bright side, your purchase of a grill comes pre-assembled and the new range gets delivered and installed. Overall couldn't live without them. We order online as well.

The tool rental experience was a relief. They are fair and helpful. This particular location is laid out a tad quirky especially in flooring and lighting. But if quirky is what they are, then quirky is good. I ALWAYS buy too much here. So they’re doing great! 😂

I shop here A LOT, it is for that reason I gave it 3 instead of 1. I ordered mulch and ask for assistance loading. I've now been waiting 30 min for someone to come load. When I called customer service they said yeah, they are short on people and didn't seem to be interested in getting someone. Yesterday when I came the personall at customer service were too interested in their personal conversation, leaving only 1 person working while 3 stood at another register staring at the line and talking. The paint dept is well, know what you want or only talk to the manager, the rest have no clue and will make up answers because they just don't know anything.

5 star for the Employee called Dale. He is always helpful and goes beyond my expectations. If it is not on the shelf he doesn't say we are out. He either try to find it from the top of the shelves or have a suggestion for alternative that will save me money as if he works for me than the company. I just want to say thank you Dale for making your store my favorite place to shop.

Always find what I need and more. This trip I found a 4 pack of LED (solar) lights to light the side of my house. Followed up on ideas for house numbers , good quality metal and adhesive. My original trip was for an installation bracket for a window AC unit. Found lots of ideas and all I was looking for this evening.
