I had the best experience today because of a young man named Jacob McWilliamson( I hope I got his last name correct). He was so helpful. He was walking through the garden area after gathering carts from the parking lot and I asked him if he could help me load 20 bags of pave stone onto a cart, which he did and then he graciously helped me load them into my truck after I paid for them. This is just the type of customer service that I feel is outstanding! He didn’t even work in the garden area but he helped me anyway!!! He smiled and was polite the entire time. Awesome employee for The Home Depot!!! Great job Jacob!!!

5 stars because I love the Home Depot. They use to have terrible customer service. But I have to say, recently even with all the madness going on, it has improved greatly. They have been handling the situation well. I'm in here every couple of days (for about a year now) Really has improved!

I was extremely unhappy with probably my last trip to your store. I specifically used curbside pickup to protect myself. I pull into the designated parking spot and was attempting to call the number when a female employee walked right up to my driver's side window l was looking down at my phone didn't see her until l looked up and she's less than two feet asking for my name. This is unacceptable. If you're going to offer curbside service then you should follow your own instructions. The female was not wearing a mask. Why she did not follow your store's protocol is mind boggling. I hope she was not infected.
