Ordered $6000 of Lifeproof flooring, tracking shows it was delivered on 11/17/2022 at 7:20am. On 11/18, Jose at the prodesk says it isn't in yet. On 11/19, they say only one case arrived and do not know the disposition of the rest. Order was due in store on 11/22. On 11/23, they still don't know where it is. Tracking still shows it is in the store. No one has made any effort to find out where the shipment is or correct the tracking. Extremely poor customer.

It was not good from the moment I entered the store. After this experience I'm glad I do the vast majority of my home improvement shopping at Lowe's. The first thing that was totally lacking was the customer service. I walked the racetrack three times before a vendor asked if I needed help. The racetrack is the four major isles that run around the store in a box shape. I passed 18 employees three times and not one of them asked if I needed anything. Then when I actually went and found an employee she was a great help. That is until what she told me to do, which in essence is nothing more than a store to store transfer of a product that the Joplin store was out of, the employee escorted me to the service desk for assistance to finish the transaction. Then as in true Home Depot fashion the story changed, we can't do that. We can't do store to store transfers since Covid. Really Covid?? It's here to stay so quit using that as an excuse. Then the store manager showed up and nothing but excuses as to how there was nothing she could do. I'm surprised that that chain has survived with their lack of customer service and completely no offers to fix or even try something to help a customer. So again the Joplin Home Depot proves why Lowe's is the place to buy from. Home Depot is nothing but a waste of time. I suppose I can't be upset with the lack of customer service from the floor employees when the store manager was the worst of them all. Nothing but excuses. So Lowe's for me and hopefully all of you from now on.

My last two visits were problematic. Visit one occurred while they were apparently in the middle of inventory. Inventory tags placed directly over every item's shelf placard. No visibility of item description or price. Makes it awfully hard to give them money. Informed a floor worker and checkout worker. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Customer service fail. Visit two: I was behind a gentleman that bought about $2k of tools in one go. When it was my turn, I stood and watched what could only be a manager scooping all the big bills out of the till. No acknowledgement of the person standing and waiting. No "we'll be right with you." I juat as well have not even existed. There was nobody in line behind me. This could have waited OR maybe even say just a sec. Something. Very very basic customer service fail here. FYI your main competitor is literally across the street. Never been treated that way there... D overall.

I liked this place because everything is easy to find but trying to find someone to help with something is always impossible and if you go in the evening it seems like they are rude. The person in the back in the fridge area is not interested in helping at all. If you have ever talked to someone and you know they are just trying to get rid of you.

Hard to find good help. Employee age 45-50 was more interested in conversation with friends than helping me find the plywood I was hunting. Went across the street to another big box store. In and out in record time with faster help and payed less than what I was looking for at home depot.

Went here for paint that I researched on their website, it told me aisle 6 bay 7, I went directly to it and a very nice man mixed exactly what I needed and wanted. I was in and out quickly as I wanted it that way with the virus. He and all other employees had masks on as did my wife and I. Excellent experience.

Easy to find and large parking lot. Clean lumber yard. With large inventory. Friendly and helpful staff. Adding a new deck. They gave me a great price on all the supplies, that I will be needing.
