I highly recommend Theresa, I made an appointment, arrived early was was taken right in. NO WAITING!!! Very relaxed atmosphere, and a nice person to boot. I will certainly pass her cards around. Pricing is very reasonable @ $60 cash/65 credit or debit card( great for us ICs). Don't hesitate book your appointment now!

Drivers, say goodbye to the waiting rooms! I highly recommend getting your DOT physical here. Very friendly, affordable, and convenient. This very nice lady went above and beyond her duties to help me out, and I didn't even ask! She works for you, so with that said, you can call her anytime and she will get you in on your schedule. I can not say enough about Teresa, so see for yourself. I will be calling Theresa for my future DOT physicals.
