Got attitude with me over simple job. Just battery and alternator possibly. Told my driver be this afternoon or am told me the owner should I skip work for others who have been waiting. We are not from NC and I understand they been waiting but a road call and $500 is better then waiting on them for 3days.

these guys are awesome. Got me right in. Polite, respectful. Within minutes of me pulling in they already had cover off and was going through it. Hours are awesome too. These guys open till 2200 unlike some other that only open till 1700. Works really good for trying to get services done on our 10. Never, so far, a bad experience with thermal king.
Update. The mechanics talked as a team together to come up with a solution and they worked amazing together. Strongly recommend

Will keep you waiting for a week, and no callbacks. Issue with van doesn't even seem fixed.

I was running on a tight schedule when I arrived to get trailer reefer repaired. They got me in the shop right away. The tech Jesse, worked non-stop without taking a lunch to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Everyone was kind and really helpful. Highly recommend this service center!!!
