Just had a Reefer repaired in Carlstadt. The staff was understanding and put me on the schedule quick. The Tech diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. The whole operation was very professional everyone did a great job. I am a sole proprietor and they kept a small guy on the road.

I called them 3:20pm, driver was 11 miles from them , talked to Lady in Service and told her we need a battery, she said go to back , there is one guy there and he will do it at $230 per hour cause after 4pm is afterhours even though online says they are open till 4:30pm. I agreed. when driver got there they told him he needs an appt but after mechanic talked to the lady inside he said he will do the battery but will charge $230 per hour. I agreed again. he put the battery in 20 min total and charged me 2.1h at 232.50 = so $488.25 for 20 min of work while my driver was watching him. Thank you for doing the job but Huge 1 star for Overcharging us. Dishonest people.

Had an APU installed here, I ordered it around the holidays and it took about 3 or 4 weeks to come in mostly due to the holidays I presume. They have an overnight drop off system which was convenient for me when my unit finally came in. Install took roughly 5 business days. The only issue I've had was they attached a coolant hose to the cab instead of the frame which caused a minor leak from the hose tearing but they fixed the issue and I couldn't be happier with my tripac. I would definitely recommend them!
