Probably the best thermo king I have been to top notch team they re-located my apu for my headache rack. Other thermo kings either didn’t want to try or quoted a. Ridiculous amount of money. Definitely a 5 star dealer

Do not recommend this shop, was referred by blue sky to have some work done on apu. Tech overcharged labor. He didn't advise prior to start job, the shop didn't had all the parts on site. After work was was completed he said they had to bring parts from Springfield MO location.
For that was charged 2 hrs of extra labor. If I would have known from the beginning I would have not approved the job at all.
I don't recommend this shop for how shady their business practices are.
STAY AWAY!!!

If I could do it, I would only come here to have my APU and refer worked on.
Had problems with my APU and showed up first thing inthe a.m and they got me in. Also told me that I still had warranty coverage which I was unaware and was not told about at another Thermo King a week ago.
Everyone was really great to work with and talk to, really nice shop and the drivers lounge was exceptionally nice.
There are still places and people that operate with integrity and respect.

Our APU was coding and called Joplin to see time frame to be seen. What a surprise! They can see us same day, FCFS. I had to ask twice to make sure I heard correctly as so many other locations will tell you three days or next week when trying to get in. Showed up at 3pm and out of there, with the repair, at 4pm. Very happy with service and price. Thank you!

All right everybody listen up, Thermo King get a bad rep on a lot of things but when you get service like I did today it will put you in the WOW. Those guys did not hesitate to put me in a door and jumped in head fist and got my issue resolved in a fast timely manner. You guys did fast and outstanding work. You guys save a life today!

I have had 2 experiences with this company and both were 5 stars! The first was with Tim my truck had a broken hose clamp and was leaking coolant in Neosho. He brought me a clamp and anti freeze. It cost me ZERO! Today 7/3/20 I was putting a alternator on my tri PAC and noticed it needed some other parts. I called Springfield TK and yeah they were closed. So I called Joplin and a guy named Shannon answered and told me come on over. I'll be here and wait for you. When I arrived 2 hrs. later he took excellent care of me. He is very knowledgeable and sent me home with everything I needed to complete my repairs correctly. All I can say is hands down this is the best Thermo King in the USA! THANK YOU VERY MUCH TIM AND SHANNON👍👍👍!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in with a refer unit that stopped cooling. They had me in a bay in minutes and fixed and back on the road in an hour. Very professional. Actually listened to what I said was happening. Great job. Easy to get to.
