Put me in a new inverter, and made sure my APU was working in tip top shape.

We were there after hours prices are what you would expect high, temporary fixed Refer, so we could get our loads delivered. Highly recommend 5 ********************

This place is great! Great crew!!! Jake, Brandon, and Nick are PROs at what they do. I came in with bad APU problems and they got me in and went above and beyond. I would have never expected any better service than this! Highly recommend these guys to the entire fleet.

Called ahead of time to make sure they could completely rewire my unit (as I had previously had another shop service it and state that’s what has to be done. I was told... definitely! And that it would be ready by Monday... Tuesday at the latest, so I made an appointment. It was a week later when I was told my unit was fixed and I could pick it up. They did not rewire it as I had asked. Instead, they replaced numerous parts and did have it working....$2000 later. It lasted 3 days🥵. Once again, I took it back.... Another 5 days with more replaced parts.. still not rewired, as I had contracted them to do in the first place, and was told they needed extended time to figure out what was wrong with it... and I was charged even more. I still have a non working unit and they even left it disconnected from the battery, so it won’t even cut on for the 4 minutes that it would run before they serviced it! If they had completely rewired first place...my unit would be working. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and I would still try them for other issues.

What excellent service we received today at the TK in Wilson, NC. After reading other reviews, my husband and I decided to give these guys a try since we were loading right down the street. We had been without an APU for almost 3 weeks! Granted it’s July and hotter than... well, you know. We had been to 4 (no exaggeration) other TK dealers during this time period and not one would even look at it. Every excuse you could think of, and this was following having the TK in Fort Wayne look at it and just pump freon through it. Guy told us it should last all summer at least, and that there was a small/slow leak. Find out later that night that the freon was already gone and you guessed it... nothing but hot air again!! So obviously it wasn’t a slow leak. Should have known though, guy was a jerk and had a total attitude for no reason. You could tell he just didn’t want to work. So basically they stole $150.00 from us and sent us on our way. In times like these I can’t afford to waste $15.00. Anyways, these guys are top notch... really, really nice guys who care and go out of their way to help. They got us right in and it did take a while, but you know what? They fixed it right, charged us fairly and now I won’t have to idle or otherwise sweat tonight! Thanks TK of Wilson!! Great crew! Will come by anytime I’m in the area and need work done. Just know you’ll get treated right here!!

Had an APU problem,, got me in and out within 2 hrs. Great work,, nice people to work with.. highly recommended

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Our tech was very knowledgeable. They got us in and out very quickly. Will definitely be back!

Very pleased with the service I received at this TK dealer today. Got right in first thing this morning to get some work done on my APU. Work was done timely, and professionally. The price was very fair for work performed. I'd definitely recommend anyone to come here to get their Tri Pac worked on.
