Mike Fitzpatrick for Thermo King Quincy
I spoke with their technician Friday and he told me to bring the trailer in Monday. I just arrived and learned he isn't coming in to work today. Shop's calendar shows he has today off. Very unprofessional. Don't need to patronize businesses that treat customers like this. The man behind the counter was very nice, though, and apologized for the techician's conduct.

Very helpful staff. Dealing with a broken Thermo king is never pleasant nor inexpensive but these guys made the experience as pleasant as possible. Helped make sure I had what I needed, made sure I knew what I was doing to install and got me back on the road.

It is hard to find a good honest shop these days and these guys are at the top of the list. Listened to my description of the problem and went right to it and fixed the issue. Wish there were other places like this.
