My APU was smoking while running. I called this shop and was given an appointment for the following day to get the APU checked and repaired. It ended up being a clogged filter like they had diagnosed when I called. They did a full PM and cleaned the tailpipe of all of the soot. The APU runs great and the price was great. I'd definitely go back for them to service my apu and bunk heater again.

Very quick in and out. Thought my 2021 unit has a fuel filter problem, they took care off it. I think c-600 has a fuel filter issue in general. Tim toke care of it. Rate was high but I was happy with the work.

Tim and the guys here always accommodate me on sometimes short notice.
Always have parts if they need them.
Tim, even though he is a service writer/parts guy recently came to me to resolve an issue in single digit temps outside to fix my problem after hrs.

My boyfriend and I went up there to get an APU and it was a joke. Took hours to get done. They didnt have it done when they said it would be done. The guy that worked on it was arrogant. Well anyways once it was eventually in we got it home and within 2 weeks the air stopped working. Took it to the thermo king in waterloo where they said the technician that installed it didnt put enough freon in it and didnt have any of the settings on it. Thank god the Thermo King in Waterloo, IA is smarter and knows what there doing then in Albertlee!!!!

Brought my trailer to get refer unit downloaded over 2 hours of standing around waiting and watching them help the local who walks in and out. Nope not coming here I'm going to carrier.

Had been to their New Brighton location in the past with not so good results so I was not liking that they were the same company but this location worked fine. At least for what I had done
Price could be better but all shops are a money grab and I didn’t have time to do it myself

Had my APU & bunk heater serviced. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome.
Until the issue I went in for: bunk heater stoped blowing heat after a matter of hours and wouldn’t heat up again.
They could only offer me suggestions on what the issue could be rather than properly diagnosing my issue. We as owners can’t replace everything you suggest because of you you think it could be! That’s a waste of revenue.
Also, be wear of unauthorized repairs. Service tech fixed $150 of stuff I didn’t authorize. I specifically asked him 30 min prior to completion if there was any bad news he said no.
Mind you they dont have a nationwide warranty which sucks! I spend 3 hours down $600 later I have to take my truck into another thermo king to be properly diagnosed.
