Called to discuss quotes for home and auto insurance. Spent a good half hour giving someone all my information. Nobody ever called me back with quotes or any information/follow up.

Haley Villavaso is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. She actively look for the best rates and coverage and she is always looking out for the customer. If she can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with she will tell you. Definitely a person who cares for the customer. I have had a great experience with her, she has a great personality and made my day joyful when i was having a bad day shopping around for insurance rates, she answered any and every insurance question. She has helped me save a lot of money on my insurance policy. Wish there were more people like her. Thumann Agency is nothing with out Haley. 10/10

Denise and the entire team over at the Thumann Agency are the best people in Dallas for any insurance needs. I'm based all the way in Pennsylvania and needed some help with a unique Dallas project that none of the national guys were willing to help with. One email to the Thumann Agency and Denise called me mere minutes later anxious to get started on my needs after ensuring she understood the full situation. While Denise wasn't quite able to get what I needed done, she was certainly the most willing to go above and beyond what I asked her to try. Additionally, she kept in touch throughout the entire process so I wasn't left in the dark while she kept trying different approaches to try to help. Despite not being able to fill my needs entirely, I'm still recommending her specifically and the entire Thumann team to anyone and everyone I run across in the Dallas market as I know she'll take good care of them. In my opinion, that means that if they make a mistake that costs you considerable money out of pocket, they will send you an email that says basically (I’m paraphrasing) " You may contact (Insurance Carrier) with any questions. I consider this issue closed and ask that you take you insurance business elsewhere... “ In our case, we were just trying to insure the workers on a temporary job-site. I believe that, due to their advice/recommendations, we insured the company officers when it was not, in my opinion, necessary or mandatory. You can go with them if you like, but be aware, we felt that they were not on our side. They often say in conversation words to the effect of…"Hey, that's my job. I'm the broker. It's my job to iron all this stuff out, so you don't have to become an insurance expert just to have insurance..." Our experience was that, I believe, through lack of understanding of their own products, we were over-insured and spent thousands more than we should have by using this brokerage. There are plenty of knowledgeable brokers out there. If I had it to do over again, I would steer well clear of these guys.

I've always felt Steve Thumann and his team strive to keep me in the best possible shape insurance-wise. Over the years, they've worked with me to maintain insurance coverage on my personal property, some rental properties, as well as some business coverage. I recommend them!

I’ve never been one to post reviews about any company and or the service that I’ve received rather good or bad, but I honestly have to stop what I’m doing to say this: I've been with the Thumann Agency FAMILY since purchasing my home in 2003 and if you’re looking for insurance coverage for your home then I would definitely recommend you reaching out to them. Not only do they have quality protection for your home, their agents are AWESOME. Their insurance gives me the ease of knowing that if my home should sustain damage that I can call on them and they treat you as if you’re family and not just someone who carries their coverage. Personally I feel as though there are no other insurance agencies in the Dallas FT Worth area who can meet and or exceed my expectations like My Thumann Agency Family.

I manage a small niche business that works as both a distributor and an installer that installs products on a commercial roof. However, we are not a roofer. This makes getting insurance difficult. Rona Zafari has done and incredible job for me. I have spoken with multiple agencies that were either non-responsive or didn't have time to work on my insurance needs. I even spent several months trying to work with my current insurance agent to get the coverage I needed for my small business. Rona not only was a pleasure to work with, she put together my portfolio in about a week and a half. I can't say enough good things about her. She always answered my calls or called me back shortly after I left a message. She patiently answered my questions and gave thoughtful guidance.
