Came in on Saturday morning with a mill light on and a def tank leak. They couldn’t get me in but Nathan the Service Manager came out and looked at it and told me the def filter housing was leaking. Told me it was a pretty simple fix and told me what I needed to do. Got the filter kit from parts pulled it apart replaced it and on my way. Thank you Nathan and TLG Peterbilt! You guys rock!! 10 STARS!!! Scout the big Boss says thanks also!

A lady in customer service was extremely helpful & polite. One of the male managers that I spoke with was nice as well. The girl at the front desk (first face you see when you walk in) could not have been more rude, unhelpful, & unprofessional to me. I hope she's not always mean to everyone that walks in.

Called to get a oil filter only to be told that parts cannot look up what filter I need. Literally couldn't have seemed more like they just wanted to get off the phone. Don't worry I won't make the mistake of calling again.
