The most positive working experience I've ever had. They set up interviews for you with businesses close to where you previously worked, and I was hired right away for a high-paying Entry Level position with no prior experience required. Total Quality Logistics has my highest recommendation!

Absolute trash company to book loads through. 1. They pay like garbage to haul their loads. 2. They harass you with check calls even though you're running their tracker. 3. They treat you like a 2 year old. 4. They are rude, they just hang up, no good bye, no thank you, no nothing. 5. They'll call you at all hours of the night for load updates, because they're too lazy to check their tracker. 6. They'll harass you with call after call after call, if you don't answer. Their reps called me an obscene amount of times in less than 10 hours on the same day (over 30 times between my company numbers). I will never do business with this company again. I'm sure TQL won't care, because I'm a single operation, but my atrocious experience will be voiced.

Some of the brokers with this company are great BUT too bad the rest aren't. They are abusing the trucking companies and the HOS. 50% of the time there are issues with pick up numbers and bad loads. They refuse to pay a TONU when your driver has been sitting there for over 2 hours trying to figure out the incorrect load information originally given and when you have had enough and are getting no where they say you are "being uncooperative" 3 pick up numbers later and the shipper is telling you the load is being loaded as you speak on a different truck and different carrier.... For me I just do not see why I am the one who is uncooperative because I am not going to sit and wait another 2+ hours jump through hoops and then be told oh yeah this has been picked up already.... Like I said it is not all brokers that work within the company BUT the bad ones are making it hard to give the company a good rating.

So I can only speak about my experience with Total Quality Logistics, but in the eleven months I've been with them, I've had nothing but positive experiences. Working as a sales representative has been a rewarding experience for me. TQL is a good place to look for entry-level sales jobs.

Excellent brokers to work with great rates and easy to get started with if your a new carrier will be in business with them for long time

My company and dispatcher loves working with members of TQL. Great communication and on time payments! It has been all good experiences so far and we will continue to book loads with them.

The company I work for makes industrial kitchen equipment. Sometimes we ship to our Dealers warehouse and sometimes it’s for an install which has certain requirements and is mainly time sensitive. We have used TQL in the past and they did an average job on a few soft ball lanes i.e. shipping from dock to dock, no designated delivery time or specifications. We also tried shipping our equipment with them for some of our installs and they did a terrible job. Either the truck wouldn’t show up on time or didn’t have the request e-track, one time the truck didn’t deliver at our specified delivery time and we had flown our guys out to the job site and rented equipment for off loading that day, no call from TQL to advise the truck was going to be late. I get trucks break down and things happen especially in transit but the poor communication and lack of effort after the pick-up was booked was just not something we want in a logistics company so we stopped using them. A different Rep kept calling after the incident telling me this branch was different and they where on top of things so I gave them another shot. I will say this their rates are competitive with other logistics companies however we still had poor communication issues, no delivery confirmations and poor customer service over all. So again I advised them that they where not a good match for our company and we would not be using them again. They continued to call and ask for us to use them and I continued to tell them what we went threw and why we don’t use them. No matter how many times I tell them to stop calling and we will not use their company they just keep calling. I am not writing this review because of our poor customer service experiences but because I am at my wits end with the non-stop calling. Seriously No Doubt 1995 Spiderweb's playing in my head every time TQL pops up on my caller ID. My biggest issue with TQL over all is they will not stop calling. If they put HALF the effort they use on sales calls that they did with customer service they would be the best Logistics company ever.
